Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum covers a wide array of topics, which came in handy for my research project. The syllabus is sufficient enough to have a basic understanding of various topics, though a lot depends upon the faculty.

Placement Experience

4

Opportunities for campus placements are limited in our college. Some small local companies from sectors like seeds, fertilizers visit the campus. The average package offered is good. They provide internships for students. Though the overall placement process can be improved.

College Events

4.5

Several events like college day, farewell day, freshers day, and for Dr. B. R. Ambedkar's birthday is celebrated. The campus has a good crowd and connectivity. The campus surroundings are peaceful and calm.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships options are available for needy students, provided they fill the minimum eligibility.

Campus Life

4

The classrooms are good but labs will need better equipment for better practical knowledge. The food quality is better for Maharashtra people and not for the other students who came from Andhra Pradesh. The hostel rooms are good with well-equipped ventilation and other facilities.

Admission

Admissions are on the basis of common counseling conducted by the Maharashtra board of agriculture. Seat allocation is on the basis of the merit list.

Faculty

3.5

The teachers are not qualified enough, they lack proper teaching techniques. Some of them do not know basic English and pronunciation of some important words in Science, despite having good knowledge about the subject matter. Industry exposure was also limited.
