College for Queens-Maharani's college

This college is for Queen. Admission here is based on your percentage. You should be a meritorious student to get admitted here. The staff is very good. The college premises is very big and its a very good college.

The course is as per the University Grant Commission.There were frequent tests taken by the teachers.There were annual exams.There were 10 papers in 1st year out of which 4 were of qualifying nature ie of English,Hindi,Computer application and Environmental Studies and other 6 were of your choosen subject,Maximum marks were 100 for each paper and total percentage was taken from 600.The exam center was college itself and there was sufficient time gap between 2 papers.

Our college does not provide campus placements and internships but I think the education provided there is enough to grab a good job.There are many seminars and intetcollege discussions and teachers also guides about upcoming job opportunities.

The full year is filled up with some events continuously going on like sports events,inter college and intra college competitions etc.One of the most famous celebration is "MAYURI" which is a dance competition.Then there is dandiya celebration and many other sports events.

The fee structure is feasible.It can be paid easily by a middle class man and many of the events are free or charge of them is very low.The fees for the whole year was around 4k and varies according to the course but it is easily affordable

There Are many government scholarships. Many of them are 50 to 60% and other scholarships were for SC, ST and OBCs. Meritorious girls got huge benefits. Girls below BPL are also eligible for scholarships.

There is a huge library full of books and a kind hearted librarian.She helps you in finding good books.Newspaper in many languages were also there There is separate lab for biology,physics,chemistry and home science department.They are well equipped.There are regular lab classes,There is ground for playing football,basketball and cricket.

The is no such alumni network but if you want you can talk to you seniors and they are cooperative and provides you with full guidance and study material There are competitions which help you to interact with your seniors.

I filled up admission form with my 12th class percentage.After a few days,a Merit List for out according to the students 12th class marks.I checked my name there and then i submitted my admission fees in the college.

The faculty of the college is highly qualified,most of them are PHds and some were assistant professors and professors in university of rajasthan too.They are very cooperative and provides time to time guidance and suggests good books too.
