Remarks
It is overall good in the sense of environment and faculty support. Its just the fee which is not appropriate. I would also like to say that ragging dose not tajes place in our college and seeing other colleges I think it is a very good thing.
Course Curriculum Overview
I think the curriculum can get better and maybe it is getting better for the next batch. 40 marks are for internal assessment which includes assignments, written tests, seminars, conferences, participation in cultural and social activities, viva and presentation, and 60 marks are for external exam.
Placement Experience
Placement is good and many students get placed at renowned companies. They do provide internships but some are not so good and other are not communicated well. There are very few chances of getting a good one.
College Events
A good number of events are celebrated in our college. Our annual fest 'manthan' includes many different things and activities, like food stalls musical performances, dance performances, face painting, fireless cooking and many more. Other than that sports events, idea pitching, etc. also takes place.
Fee Structure And Facilities
We have to pay fees per semester and other than that we also have to pay exam fees every semester. I think it is expensive and there might be many people who cannot afford such fees and their is not much difference in our college and other colleges with lesser fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
Sclorship and loan is offered in our college. Many of it is for SC, ST and OBC and there is an general scholarship which is on merit bases and a student obtaining certain grades can avail 25% of discount on tution fee.
Campus Life
There is a computer lab and it is for the students with related feild other than that there is library and almost every useful book is available and there is a studying area where we can read newspaper, magazines, etc.
Alumni/Alumna
According to me senior students are the best part of college as they have helped a lot of students and there is a very friendly relation between juniors and seniors. Even the ones who have graduated are very helpful.
Admission
It was a merit base direct admission. First, when I finally decided to get admission in my college I visited the college and had a little counselling session in which I was asked about my past academic grades and why I choose this college and then they gave the date of admission, on which I filled a few forms and then I got the admission on merit bases.
Faculty
In my opinion they are the best and very true to their profession although there are one or two faculties who are very unprofessional and never give students chance just because they don't like them but still the good ones are more.
