IIIT Hyderabad cutoff marks depend on the branch you will be taking. The closing ranks for both BTech CSE and BTech ECE have been mentioned below

Round	BTech in CSE	BTech ECE
1	445	1005
2	1264	4606
3	1398	5439
4	1536	6251
5	2017	10318

To stay on the safe side, one needs to get a rank of 2017 for CSE and 10318 for ECE. The respective range of marks based on experts' analysis is 181-200 for CSE and 141-160 for CE.
