This answer will not tell you the exact break-up of $150,000, but rather how much you will take home as savings.

The salary varies slightly depending on the region. Even more, if you reside in West Africa.

Expat monthly salary: $1900 (first 12 months), then $2700.
Local monthly salary: ($1500-1600) x exchange rate, paid in local currency
Monthly hardship allowance: $700-900
Annual bonus: $0 to $20,000. It is dependent on how you perform and the performance of your organization.
