The cutoff rank for B.Sc (Nursing) at AIIMS Delhi varies each year, but you need to keep an eye on the official website for the latest updates. I cleared the AIIMS B.Sc (Hons.) nursing entrance exam after my 12th in 2025. The exam was a bit challenging, but I found it easier than NEET. Just focus on your physics, chemistry, and biology, and you should be good to go!

As of now, I don't know how many marks I got in AIIMS B.Sc Nursing. We receive a list with our rank and percentile, but it doesn't show marks. It only includes UR and category ranks.

Here’s a rough idea of the cutoff ranks:

  • OBC: must be under 900
  • General: should be under 350
  • SC/ST: up to 2000

If you meet these criteria, you can get into AIIMS! Hope this helps! Thanks for reading!

In the entrance exam, there are 100 questions. Each question carries 1 mark. So, the total marks are 100 × 1 = 100. There’s negative marking for wrong attempts, which is 1/3 of a mark.

Minimum marks required for selection in AIIMS B.Sc Nursing are as follows:

  • General: 55/100
  • OBC: 45–50/100
  • ST/SC: 30–40/100

I think the cutoff rank for B.Sc (Nursing) at AIIMS Delhi is something you should definitely research on their official website. I took the entrance exam in 2025, and honestly, the difficulty was manageable compared to NEET. The course itself is great because we start our practical work early, which is super helpful. Good luck with your preparation!

The cutoff rank for B.Sc (Nursing) at AIIMS Delhi is 53 for the general category.

An interesting story surrounds the closing rank shifting to 53. In the first round, everyone anticipated that the closing rank would be 50, but it surprised everyone by being 49. This was due to a physically handicapped student. The student at rank 50 was shocked, as this outcome was beyond their wildest expectations. The student at rank 51 was now certain they wouldn't get into AIIMS Delhi and decided to join JIPMER instead.

On the reporting day, students ranked 32, 36, and 40 did not join. The second round of counseling began. With the first round's closing rank at 49 and three students not joining, the closing rank theoretically should have shifted to 52. However, rank 52 had already joined AIIMS Delhi as they were from the OBC category. This left rank 53 as the last student from the general category to secure a spot at AIIMS Delhi.
