I'm a BCom student at Jai Hind, and here's how my two years have been:

Festivals: All year round, you'll see stalls set up by companies sponsoring events. Our college is full of festivals, and it's fair to say we host the most grand-scale festivals.

Co-curriculars: If you join in, you'll probably spend more time on these activities than in class. I've been actively involved for two years, and in my final year, I'm focusing more on side reading to become more skilled than the average BCom student.

Extra-curriculars: There are loads of chances to take on projects with different associations in subjects like Accountancy, Economics, Political Science, English, Commerce, History, and more. Successful projects might even get you to represent the college at the University level.

Friendships: You'll always have friends around. You’ll find people you can connect with easily.

Canteen/Cafeteria: The food here is a favorite among students, except maybe for those into modeling or fitness. It's tasty and affordable.

Q. Is Jai Hind a mini world in itself?
A. Absolutely!

Overall, Jai Hind College is a blast. Every college feels like its own little world. Students everywhere have stories like mine about their colleges. I've shared my experiences from Jai Hind. If you liked what you read, consider applying and joining us!

Your experience at Jai Hind College can really vary based on the course you're enrolled in. I went there for my junior college, and life was pretty laid-back. I mostly spent my time relaxing because attendance rules weren't very strict. You could get by with attending just 10-12 classes per subject over a couple of months.

The campus is in a lovely spot, right on Marine Drive. However, the downside was that this relaxed environment made me not take things seriously. I didn't study much and ended up getting 70% in my 12th-grade exams.

I chose the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Jai Hind College mainly due to my interest in the subject. The faculty is highly educated, and they make learning enjoyable. The exams are structured well, which helps in understanding the material better. Campus life is lively, with plenty of cultural activities and clubs to join. However, since we don’t have much focus on internships in our course, it would be nice to have more opportunities for practical experience. But overall, I feel like I’m getting a solid education here.

Being a student at Jai Hind College has been quite an experience for me. I’m pursuing my Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance, and I can say the faculty here is really supportive. The teachers help us a lot with our studies, and the exams are manageable, usually wrapped up in about 15 days.

The campus life is vibrant, with events happening all the time, and the library is stocked with all the necessary resources. Plus, the annual fest SHOUTT is a huge highlight for everyone. Overall, it’s a great place that balances academics with fun activities.

Jai Hind College has a fantastic campus life! I’m in the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology program, and I love the energy here. There are various clubs and events, like Cyberstrike, which was an amazing experience for me as I participated in managing it. The faculty is knowledgeable, though sometimes strict about attendance.

The library is well maintained and has all the resources we need. The fees are reasonable, too, making it a good choice for my course. Overall, it feels like a supportive environment for students.
