I would recommend visiting Guru Nanak College in Chennai for your PG in Rural Development at least once a week. This frequency allows you to stay updated with any important announcements and interact with faculty members, which is crucial for your academic success.

Additionally, attending weekly will help you build a routine that keeps you engaged with your studies and fellow students.

It really depends on your schedule. I'm also studying at the same college and honestly, I haven't visited the campus yet (I know, not the best). Since everything is accessible online and I don't have much free time, I haven't made it there.

However, if you do have some spare time, I'd recommend dropping by whenever you can.

If you're doing your PG in Rural Development, I think visiting your study centre at Guru Nanak College every two weeks should be sufficient. This way, you can catch up on any essential lectures or group discussions and still have ample time for self-study.

It's important to balance your time between college and independent research, especially in a field like rural development where practical knowledge is key.

For a PG in Rural Development at Guru Nanak College, I suggest you visit at least once a month. This frequency will allow you to attend any essential seminars or workshops without overwhelming your schedule.

Keeping in touch with faculty and peers is important, but you can also manage your studies through online resources and group studies with friends.

Hey there!

Let me share how I've handled things, which might help you out. I'm also enrolled in IGNOU and currently taking exams. I've only gone to my study center to pick up books, hand in assignments, sort out some study-related issues, and for exams. If you stay informed about the important stuff like assignments, you don't have to go there often. Visiting once a month is fine if you want.

If your study center is good at responding, you can just call them on the days they take calls; for me, it’s only Sundays. But if you’re new and not familiar with how things work, I'd suggest going there every couple of weeks to stay in the loop about books, roll numbers, admit cards, and all that.

Hope this helps!
