How are the hostels at Banasthali Vidyapith Jaipur?

I lived in the hostel (it was a fully residential university). Most of the rooms had 3, while some had four beds. We were provided with one-door almirah, a study table and a single-bed with storage space per person. There was one common almirah used by all roomated of the room. We had table fans attached on the wall for each bed, instead of regular ceiling fans. The food menu was fixed, however during festivals and an yearly celebration we got special dishes. Special food was given on tuesdays, along with sweets. Sometimes we got chaach and aam panna drinks as well. Food was okay. Early birds were allowed to choose a room, while latecomers had to adjust with whatever available. Hostel allocation and fee was a part of the college admission process and had no specific procedure.

The room provides with a bed , study table and almirah to store your stuff. We are provided with electricty and water 24/7. The quality of food is much better than that of other colleges. The menu is diverse as well. The registration is easy , they scan your ID card and give you a slip. The hostels are already alloted according to the year and branch beforehand. The hostel fees is 60,000 per semester.

Room has a bed, a study table with study light, a charging socket. Rooms are available as 2-seater, 3-seater and 4-seater with light and fans accordingly. There are no AC or cooler rooms. Mess food quality is not good and only vegetarian food is served and available within the campus. Tuesdays are weekly holiday and we get a slightly better food on Tuesdays.

Study table(have 2 cupboards, tubelight),cupboard, triple seater room , 1 single bed , mattress and 1 pillow is been provided, Only some of the hostels have double seater in undergraduate And post graduates hostels have 1 bed seater . Meal is quite okay with variety of foods for all four time (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner) dinner - milk and breakfast ( milk and tea) and other items. Hostel are affordable 60000 is yearly fees but has no ac or coolers all over the campus hostels (biggest drawback) There are no pg allowed.

Shri Ganga Rani Hostel was the one where I stayed in my final year and every year hostels kept changing. Just the number of rooms in each hostel was a difference as otherwise the hostels rooms and all were similar to one another.
