B.Tech, Electrical Engineering at NIT Patna in 2025
The faculty to student ratio is dissent like And there is 1 faculty over 50 students The faculty to student relationship is good and faculty answer to all of the question and help the students very much Saran Sir is the best faculty I liked because he told the concept in the very right manner and gives us problems to soul he gives good grades in the exam also Also Kavinder Sir. There is not any specific teacher I want to mention that I dislike Because old teachers are good here they thought of our futures and very Experienced Personality In one semester that is 6 month there are two exams that is midsem and and sem And two class test Have to be taken These are not that much easy but you can easily clear if you study One week before the exam

B.Tech + M.Tech, Electrical Engineering + Power System at NIT Patna in 2025
Like if I talk about to student-to-faculty ratio, there is 1 faculty over 70 students, if I talk about lab. In 15 students lab there are 3 lab assistants and one professor. Mr Sharan Sir is the best faculty I liked him beacuse he taught me Basic Electrical Engineering in 1st sem in a very intresting manner. Until now, i cant forget his taught concepts. He is a gem for me. Mr. Kavindra sir, he is the faculty I did not like about him is the thing that he always taught us from his phone without giving us any example. Like he want us to make us a parrot without any critical thinking. He taught us Electronics Engineering. There are MID SEM and END SEM in one semester, rather than this, there are two class tests of 5-5 marks. Mid sem is quite easy to pass, like only 3 4 hours of study can pass you, but for the end sem, you have to be prepared from the very last week of the examination. The course curriculum is very relevant. Real-life engineering problems are taught in the cource.

B.Tech, Electronics & Communication Engineering at NIT Patna in 2022
marking is usually relative grading rather than absolute, which is fair but sometimes tough if the bactch average is very high . weightage is typically 30-40% for mid and 40-50% for end sem and the rest for quizzes and assignments.

Some faculty members are good and kind. His teaching styles are awesome. But some faculty members are very strict and rude. If your Attendance are less than 75 percentage then he debarded you. And you can not participate your semester exam.
