How is the faculty at Rajagiri Business School Kochi?

The faculty at Rajagiri are highly qualified, with some having industry experience, mainly form IIM. many teachers excel in teaching, though some lack effective teahing skills. The PGDM program has 6 trimsters, each with midterm and endterm exams. Midterms are mostly MCQs, while end-terms are written exams. Each subject may include indivdual assignments, group assignments

Faculty student relationship is average it depends on how we interact with them individually they don't pay attention they will come teach and go. Lot of assignment will feel like a burden at certain point of time. Exams are not so difficult more weightage is given to internals and assignment especialy for PGDM students.

Most of the faculties are graduated or have previously worked with the top tier business schools of the country. They provide adequate study materials and have a well equipped library. The course follows a trimester system. The internal marking comprises of 70 marks and the final end term exam comprises of 30 marks.

Faculties completed their pg from IIM and IIT's. Most kf them are not that approchable. They just give lecture and leave.they dont maintain student teacher relation except few. The faculties which i did liked are:-Rahul lexman, Ancy sara, and Anil sir ,who never fails to interact with students get to know them and always approchable Pgdm is trimester-during the end of each 3 months they conduct end term exam and also mid term after 1st month. Internals+assigment+class partipication mark+midterm mark+end term mark- this is how they evaluate. There are students who fail in the exam

Our college as mailing system all the updates and time table etc are conveyed through email. Teachers also have personal cabins with computer they and mostly onlime. We can clear doubts by mailing them oru ringing them. Numbers and mails will br given in the cource plan
