My college review

Likes

Rajagiri College offers numerous opportunities, including Vanavasam, Rural camp and event management experience.
Rajagiri college has a diverse community with many international students from countries like Africa, Syria, and Germany.
This college offers high quality infrastructure with modern campus amenities and advanced learning facilities.

Dislikes

The first year has full - time classes, making it difficult for us to pursue part-time jobs
sometimes students have to focus on college programs rather than academic studies
most placements coming for marketing or sales job roles

Placement Experience:

From the second year students are eligible for campus placements. There are many compnies will visit like, deloitte, EY, goldmansachs, colgate, Grant Thornton, Asian paints, Birla opus, walkaroo, TATA consumer products, Fderal Bank, geojit financial services,HDFC,ESAF,SOTI etc. The highest placement is 16lakhs per annum for federal bank. around 80 to 90 percentage people will placed.

Likes

Campus is good with lots of greenery and backside there is a river view
Campus life is very active with lots of events all are conducted by students.
There are opportunities to grow personally both professionally and personally, college will provide lots of such opportunities to participate in various events.

Dislikes

Big campus but only two cafeteria which is not enough that too so less options to explore
Teaching quality is not enough too much theoretical knowledge no practical application.
No medical facility in the campus and nearby hospitals are so costly

This year placements has significantly reduced our seniors had good placements average package is 6,00,000. Companies that come are Deloitte, EY, Federal then other companies that are not much known.

PGDM at Rajagiri Business School

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is well maintained.
The faculties are qualified from Tier 1 companies.
Offers international exposures through semester abroad programmes, internationalization programmes and student exchange programmes

Dislikes

The course is hectic as It follows a trimester system.
The infrastructure of boys hostel is not maintained well as that of ladies hostel
Ladies' hostel curfew time is 7pm whereas Men's hostel curfew time is 9pm

Placement Experience:

Rajagiri offers a good number of placements. They don't guarantee placements. All the big 4 companies come here for placements. Students can be place even for their internships at the very first trimester. Major companies which come are Deloitte,KPMG, EY, PwC, Goldman Sachs, Grant Thronton, Federal bank, South Indian bank, CBRE and so on

Rajagiri college-Best college in all aspects

Likes

College do provide an immense amount of opportunities to develop or enhance our skills.
College do provide exposure to meet and interact with Eminem personalities and provide opportunity for networking.
They have clubs,activtities,and management fest,All the activites are student driven. Faculties are highly qualified and majority completed their pg from IIM and IIT etc.

Dislikes

Since faculties are from high profile colleges,they are not easy to approach nor friendly.Only very few faculties are there who have student teacher interaction and bond.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts at the mid of 2nd year which is after 4th sem. Delloit,kpmg,Allianz,colgate,federal bank,asian paints,goldman sachs,aravind fashions etc are the companies visit. 90% of students do get placed. Highest package is 14LPA Average package is 8.6 LPA

Remarks:

The positive part about college is that even the schedule of the colleges are very strict and followed properly college finds time provide please students like many many sports events and compulsory green activities and also can students learn to live different experience.

Remarks:

My overall experience at this college was good and the campus life was amazing, I had a good time with my classmates and friends. Our college was well facilitated and the placement and summer internships were also provided.

Remarks:

It helps the students to face the real world situation in our life. They gives us a clear picture of how to behave in an organization and to deal with all the co-employees in an organization. It helps me to take the right decision.
