Rajagiri Business School is an AICTE approved B-School in Kochi, Kerala. It has been accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). RBS Kochi offers PGDM course, which is equivalent to MBA degree (recognised by AIU).
The application mode for PGDM program is online only. Fee payment can be done either from the institute office or through Demand draft. The application fee is INR 1000/-
RBS Kochi conducts admission for PGDM program in two phases.
- CAT & MAT aspirants can apply in the first phase;
- CMAT & KMAT aspirants can apply in the second phase.
One can apply for either of the phases, depending upon the score available with them at the time of admission. Candidature of appearing for Written Test, GD and PI second time in the same year will not be considered.
Academic profile and admission test scores shall be considered while preparing the list of shortlisted candidates. The cutoff scores of each admission test is illustrated in the table below:

Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through SMS or email regarding their status. A sequence of Written test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview shall be held as selection rounds. - Candidates having minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation are eligible to apply.
- Most important considering criteria for admissions into RBS Kochi would be a valid score in any one of these admission tests; CAT, CMAT, MAT, K-MAT.
- Final year students can also apply provided they must be able to produce their original degree certificates during admission procedure.
- Students at RBS Kochi get a range of opportunities for global exposure through multiple international tie ups with foreign universities.
RBS Kochi PGDM Selection Criteria
- Shortlisting of the candidates will be done on the basis of admission test scores and academic profile. Individual letters would be sent over email regarding every detail of the selection rounds.
- Selection round will be conducted in two phases in one year, based on availability of scores;
- Candidates can apply for the second phase if they miss our first phase of admission. But he/she can attend the selection round only once out of the two.
- Work experience, if any, will be an added advantage for the candidate.
- Written skill test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview will be conducted in the selection round.
- Considering the performance in selection round and admission test score, a merit list shall be drawn.
- Selected candidates will receive admission letters and they need to pay their first instalment of course fee within the given time.
How to Apply for RBS Kochi PGDM?
Documents Required:
- Scanned photograph in JPEG format (125*125 pixels). File size of photo should not exceed 500 KB. Candidate must click it in a white background and avoid Hats, Sunglass and Goggles.
- Valid Email ID and Mobile number
Steps to follow Online
- Sign up at the official admission site of RBS, Kochi.
- Provide first name, last name, email ID and phone number and create a User ID and password.
- Check Inbox of your email ID. An official verification Email would have been sent for registration. Click on the link in that mail and start filling the application form.
- Upload photograph.
- Enter your academic, professional, and personal details as required.
- Pay the application fee online. Application fee for PGDM program is INR 1000/-
- Submit the completed application form and take a print out mandatorily for future reference and admission purpose.
Steps to apply offline
- Buy the application form offline at the Admission office at RBS, Kochi.
- Fill the application form manually.
- Paste the passport size photograph and put the signature at places mentioned.
- Enter all the details mandatorily ( personal, academic, work experience based, category if applicable)
- Pay the application fee if INR 1000/- in the form for Demand draft drawn in favour of Principal, Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, payable at Ernakulam.
- Attach the DD, with photocopies of academic transcripts with the application form and submit it to the Admission office of RBS, Kochi.
- Keep the acknowledgement slip for future reference.

The average CAT score accepted for admission at Rajagiri Business School, Kochi is 50+ percentile. Selection of the candidates is done through the two rounds. In the first round, the selection is done through CAT and MAT examinations.
