To get admission to the BTech course at LPU, you need to appear in the LPUNEST exam. The expected tentative cut-off for Category II B.Tech. admission is 212 marks out of 400, and the expected tentative cut-off for Category III B.Tech. admission is 150 marks out of 400.

You can take admission to law courses by qualifying for the CLAT exam. To appear in the exam, you must meet the valid criteria established by the Consortium of NLUs. The minimum eligibility criteria for this CLAT exam is that candidates need to qualify for the 12th exam or equivalent exam with at least 45% marks from a recognized board or institution. SC/ST category students need 40% marks in class 12th.

One of my friends has recently been admitted to the BHMS course at Parul, so I can clear your doubts.

The general eligibility for the BHMS program is that you have to pass 12th from the science stream, with PCB combo, i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The general candidates need to have at least 50% of marks in aggregate in 12, and 50 percentile in NEET. The reserved category students need to have at least 40% of marks in 12, and 40 percentile in NEET.

The application fee for the LPU PET exam is INR 1500 (for boys) and INR 1000 (for girls). Students who meet the required eligibility criteria must fill out the application form for the LPU PET exam by paying the application fee.

• To get admitted to the MLT course in LPU, you need to secure 60% and above in your class 12th board examinations. 
• LPU charges a tuition fee worth INR 7,20,000 for this course. However, this does not include the hostel fees for which you will have to pay an additional amount of INR 3,30,000 at the time of admission. 
• The batch strength for this course is around 60 students. 
• The highest salary that was offered in 2023 was INR 34.24 LPA and the average salary stood at INR 5.50 LPA. 100% of the batch was placed successfully in 2023.

MBA is one of the popular courses at LPU and different students from various streams apply for it every year. Because of the diversity of students, there is no general set of questions that are asked. The MBA interview is conducted to evaluate your communication skills, career orientation and general awareness. It generally comprises of two rounds, with the first round testing your general skills and knowledge and the second round testing your subject knowledge. 

Coming to your second question, the general eligibility for an MBA course at LPU is 55% marks in the bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. As you meet the eligibility criteria, that would not be a problem in the interview. So should focus on scoring good marks in the LPUNEST exam to make up for the low marks in your bachelor’s degree. 

Clearing LPUNEST is important to appear in the MBA interview. Then you should prepare well for the video essay and interview which is the part of the MBA admission process. 

LPUPET is the eligibility test conducted by LPU for admission into its various courses.

The registrations for Phase 2 of LPUNEST have commenced. You’ll have to register three days prior to the exam date. This means that if you want to take the exam on May 17 2024, you must apply and book the slot on or before May 14 2024.

The eligibility criteria for admission into BDes. program at LPU is- 

1. The candidate must pass their 10+2 or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks (with English as a core subject).
2. The candidate must qualify any of the following exams-
   • LPUNEST or CUET or UCEED or Under Graduate NID DAT (Prelims) or Under Graduate NIFT or NIFT B.FTech.
3. The condition for English as a compulsory subject may be waived off, given the candidate has studied their +2 or equivalent in English medium or with an equivalent subject. 
4. For the minimum percentage requirement, 5% relaxation is awarded to candidates from North-East states/Sikkim/ Defence personnel and their dependents/ wards of kashmiri migrants.
5. For sports relaxation, a committee will be formed consisting of- Head DSW (Chairperson), 2. Director Sports (Member), Dy. Director Sports (Member), Concerned Coach (Expert), DQA nominee (Member).
