LPU provide students with the opportunity to re-appear in the exam they fail so that their academic year can be saved. The general steps that can be followed are as follows. 

• If you fail the BSc exam, you will be given three attempts to clear the backlog. If you manage to pass on the first attempt, your passing marks will be recorded otherwise you can move forward with the second or third attempt if necessary. 
• The University Management System (UMS) is responsible for conducting reappear exams. It generally takes place 10 to 15 days after the release of marks/results. 
• Reappearing exam notification is released by UMS. You will be required to fill out the reappearing exam form for the subject you want to reappear in. 
• The university may also ask you to completely re-enroll in the course if needed.

Yes, BSc students can learn foreign languages at LPU through short-term courses. These courses are designed in a way so that you can continue pursuing your BSc degree and at the same time learn a new language. Currently, LPU offers four types of language courses in French, German, Japanese and Spanish - Basic, Elementary, Fundamental and Intensive. There are different evaluation methods that LPU use to grade students in different courses. BSc programs are evaluated through a series of processes that also include assignments and projects. You should adhere to the guidelines provided by the university and try to produce assignments and projects that follow the rules. 

1. Other than examinations and group projects, assignments and projects are the best sources to check candidates' development and grasping ability. 
2. The assignments or projects are checked for accuracy, subject relevance and innovative thinking.
3. Additionally, presentation style and originality are often praised.
