The placements are decent here almost all the students are placed with the highest package of 22.5 lac and the average is 12.28 lac.

However, Symbiosis Hyderabad has the upper hand when it comes to placement rate and package. Regardless of the merits and demerits, it is recommended that students go with their choice of interest.
All three institutes you mentioned - TAPMI, SIBM-B, and IIM B are highly reputed for their MBA/PGDM programs in Bangalore. TAPMI and IIM-B are legacy institutions as they were established in 1980 and 1973 respectively while SIBM-B was established in 2008.
Seems like you are looking for Bangalore colleges only, so I assume you have some constraints regarding shifting to any other city than Bangalore. But if not then you can try and go for some other B-schools in the country. It depends on if you have got calls from all three, in that case go for IIM-B, as it is among the top two or three B-schools in India.

Roles Offered
Roles offered to placed students under Finance include Credit Analyst, Global Finance Analyst, and Transformation Analyst. Under the domain of Marketing, students were hired as Branding and Communication, Sales, and Digital Marketing. Under Operations students were hired as Quality Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, and Project Management.
Out of the total placed students, 58% were male whereas the percentage of female students was 42%. The highest placement was recorded for B.Tech with 124 offers followed by Commerce with 56 offers.
More than 200 companies visited the campus, out of which 60 were new. The companies offered 49 PPO/PPI to students.

SIBM is a good college, but the average packages are a bit low compared to the time and money invested. If you are hardworking and determined to convert to better colleges than this, I would suggest you prepare for next year and give your best to it. Otherwise, you can go to SIBM, Bangalore.
