Step 3: The final selection will be done on the basis of score obtained in NPAT, students will be called for a school-level entrance. The school level entrance will compromises of the following:

a.) Studio test (Creative problem solving)

b.) Personal Interview and Portfolio Review

Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design, and Manufacturing (IIITDM), Jabalpuris ranked #75^th by National Institutional Ranking Framework. It offers academic programs such as B.Des, B.Tech, M.Des, M.Tech, and Ph.D. under various specializations. Admissions at IIITDM Jabalpur are done only based on entrance exam scores including CEED, UCEED, JEE Main, and GATE.

It offers 8 specializations in M.Tech including CAD-CAM, Manufacturing Engineering, Design,Microwave, and Communication Engineering,Manufacturing Engineering,Micro-Nano Electronics, and Mechatronics. It is a 2-year course and the breakdown of fees is as follows:

The institute offers scholarships to deserving and meritorious students to assist them in higher studies. Onecan avail merit-cum-means scholarship based on the eligibility that their parents' income must be less than INR 4 lakhs. The students will also receive an allowance of INR 1000 per month.

Cancellation Policy

• Candidate shall apply for cancellation in due format available with MIT – WPU and submit signed copy of application in person or send through email mentioned in the Application Form to the concerned Head of School/Department of MIT –WPU
• After receiving an admission cancellation request from the candidate, the Head of the concerned school/department of MIT –WPU shall recommend the case and forward the case to the Registrar through the Dean, Admissions for canceling the admission immediately. The admissions section shall give the acknowledgement of cancellation of admission to the student and a copy of the same will be sent to the concerned school for records.

MIT ID is a different University than MIT WPU. This difference is reflected in the different course structures of their B.Des program. This course structure is available on the website of each University.

We have designed this program to strike a good balance between vocation and theoretical approaches. This will help you get a good hands-on and scholastic exposure, which is necessary to outshine in the industry. At MIT-WPU, we also believe in active learning in which students take the central place in the Teaching Learning process. Students learn with the help of real life problems posed through Problem/Project Based Learning. There is a strong industry connection developed over the last three decades. Yes, although the student should actively work towards building a good work portfolio for attracting prospective organizations for internships. In addition to this the work/people meetings across Rural immersion programs, National tour and International (optional) should be put to good use.

• • BA(Political Science/Public Administration/Sociology…etc.) is a theoretical course where there is minimal exposure given to students towards practical aspects of functioning of government, active participation in policy making and research or preparation for UPSC competitive examination.
  • The BA Honours (Govt Admn) degree program focuses on the experiential, facilitative and case study method of learning whereby the students are exposed to a participative mode of learning.
  • The highlights are –
  1. Interaction with Eminent Bureaucrats, Political Leaders, Social Activists, Academicians, Media persons and Legal Practitioners.
  2. Practical inputs will be in the form of a lot of field assignments like - projects on social causes.
