What is the passing marks out of 50 in IGNOU?
IGNOU's evaluation system is also distinct from that of traditional universities. IGNOU has a multi-tiered evaluation system.
1. Exercises in self-assessment within each unit of study.
2. Continuous evaluation primarily through tutor-marked assignments, practical assignments, and seminar/workshop/extended contact programmes.

The evaluation of learners is based on the various instructional activities that they engage in. To complete an academic programme, a learner must write assignment responses before taking term-end exams on a regular basis. A learner must submit TMA responses to the Coordinator of the Study Centre to which he or she is assigned.
A learner should keep duplicate copies of TMA assignment responses that may be required to be produced on demand at the Student Evaluation Division. In June and December, term-end examinations are held at various examination centres throughout the country and abroad.

What is your review of University of Hyderabad?
The University of Hyderabad is a lot more than academics. I have a few friends from the University of Hyderabad and here is their insight on the institute.
- There are various places you can explore on the campus including the Water Tank, Mushroom Rock, and Check Dam.
- Apart from this, you can do campfires on campus, where you can gather with your friends even at late nights and can cook food and enjoy.
- The University of Hyderabad is not just an institute that provides academics and education. It helps a student gain experience and understands the true meaning of life which is more important than being a reading parrot.
- The campus is a beautiful and large lush green campus which is so huge that it is further divided into two campuses where students can jog, play any kind of sports be it outdoor or indoor, ranging from Tennis to Football or gym, etc. Therefore, the campus encourages sports at every level.
- The faculty base of the institute is quite good. They are experienced and cooperative.
- The Indira Gandhi Memorial Library is a great place to study. There are lots of study materials and books.
- The hostels are clean and well-maintained. There are mess facilities available at each hostel. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But the quality of food offered is not that great.
- The University gives freedom to a student to stay up late at night, to go out of the campus at any hour. You can visit Tankbund or the places you wish to and can be back early morning. There’s no one to supervise.
Therefore, you can opt for the University of Hyderabad without thinking twice.
How is Swami Shraddhanand College of DU?
Swami Shraddhanand College is located on North Campus. Because of its location and management, it cannot be compared to any other DU college.
However, when you consider the foundation of a college, namely education and extracurricular activities, in terms of education, SSNC's History Department ranks among the top ten in Delhi University for some specific courses, along with the courses like Microbiology, Life Science, Botany, and Geography, SSNC. Aside from that, there is the well-known Cricket team, which has been a champion for the past decade or so.
How is IIITM Gwalior?
IIITM Gwalior is good in terms of academics and placements. Here are some of the perks of joining the institute.
- The college library is huge. It’s the biggest in central India. There’s also a reading room.
- There’s an active coding culture on campus. You will be encouraged to do coding from the 1st semester onwards.
- It has an amazing sports complex. If you are interested in sports, you will love it.
- During IIITM Gwalior placements 2021, the average and highest CTC were INR 16.85 LPA and INR 59.27 LPA.
- The college organizes some great fests such as INFOTSAV and AURORA.

What is the difference between IES and ESE?
IES stands for Indian Engineering Services and it is a category of posts in UPSE. ESE stands for Engineering Services Examination. It is the examination that selects IES officers. The difference between IES and ESE is similar to the difference between IIT and IITJEE.
What is the AKTU Grace marks procedure?
The AKTU Grace marks procedure varies depending on the academic year and courses.
- Students of B.Tech, B.Pharm, BFAD, BFA, BHMCT, MCA, MCA(I), MBA, MBA(I), B.Arch who were admitted under the CBCS system from session 2016-17, can get a maximum of 7 grace marks per year. If you are an M.Tech, M.Pharm, or M.Arch student admitted under the same academic session, you can get a maximum of 5 grace marks.
- Students who took admission to B.Tech, MBA, MBA (I), in the academic session 2018-19, can get a maximum of 10 grace marks per year. B.VOC and M.Tech (I) students of 2019-20 sessions can get a maximum grace mark of 3 and 7 per year, respectively.
- B.Pharm and M.Pharm students admitted under PCI ordinance from session 2019-20, can get 7 and 5 grace marks per year respectively.
To get the grace marks, students need to have an SGPA greater than the minimum passing marks.
Is Chandigarh University good enough to pursue MBA?
Chandigarh University MBA course is one of the flagship courses offered at the university. Chandigarh University MBA Fees range from INR 4.40 Lakhs to INR 6.80 Lakhs depending upon the specialization opted. HR, Finance, Marketing, International Business and Entrepreneurship, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Applied Finance, and International Relations are some of the major specializations offered at Chandigarh University for the MBA Program.
Candidates with 50% aggregate in Graduation are eligible to apply for Chandigarh University MBA. Admission is done based on the valid scores in the Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test (CUCET) or MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT. The final selection will be based on the entrance exam score, GD & PI conducted by the university.
The highest package offered to an MBA student at CU is INR 28 LPA whereas a median salary of INR 7.62 LPA was offered during Chandigarh University Placements 2023. A total of 1078 MBA students have been selected by 200+ MNCs. 118 MNCs offered a CTC of INR 5 LPA and above.
In my opinion, Chandigarh University is a good option for pursuing an MBA.
Which is better AIIMS Patna, AIIMS Jodhpur or AIIMS Bhopal?
All AIIMS including AIIMS Patna, AIIMS Jodhpur and AIIMS Bhopal must maintain standard education and hospital facilities. According to NIRF 2023, AIIMS Jodhpur has secured 13th position, while AIIMS Patna and AIIMS Bhopal secured 27 and 38 positions respectively.
The ranking of AIIMS according to NIRF score goes as follows
AIIMS Delhi > AIIMS Jodhpur > AIIMS Bhubaneswar > > AIIMS Rishikesh > AIIMS Patna > AIIMS Bhopal >AIIMS Raipur
- Infrastructure: AIIMS Jodhpur has a better infrastructure with a Wi-Fi-enabled campus better than AIIMS Bhopal and AIIMS Patna.
- AIIMS Jodhpur also offers maximum seats for PG courses while AIIMS Bhopal and AIIMS Patna offer limited seats for PG courses.
- Food: The canteen in AIIMS Jodhpur offers the best food than any other AIIMS
- Laboratory: All labs at AIIMS are well-equipped. However, the anatomy department of AIIMS Jodhpur has maximum cadavers compared to any other AIIMS.
- Hostel: The hostels are well maintained and AIIMS Jodhpur also offers separate rooms for each student.

How do I prepare for the MA in English program at Delhi University entrance exam?
It’s not too late to prepare for the entrance exam MA in English program at Delhi University even in the 3 years of your bachelor's. Just be regular at it and keep some important points in mind.
Be well versed in your BA course- Read your text thoroughly and in various aspects. Read diverse critical essays on each text to attain a multiplicity of perspectives. In case you are graduating from a different subject, refer to the BA(Hons.) DU syllabus.
