As everyone says, joining IIT Bombay was indeed a very fun-filled experience and it satisfies all your cravings for a rich college life experience.
However, after a few days, she became aware of some harsh realities. Due to the relaxed ambiance, she stopped focusing on academics and was not among the toppers anymore. This affected her confidence a lot. She started feeling inferior to her peers and considered herself just an average student. She started anticipating if her decision to join IIT Bombay was even worth it. Eventually, she realized that she was mistaken and the truth was way different. She realized a few things she wasn’t able to ascertain before
She eventually did not regret joining IIT Bombay even a bit. She gave it the credit for grooming her overall personality.
Had you asked this question 4-5 years ago, the common answer would have been Thapar University. However, things have changed a lot in the last few years. Here are some reasons why I would suggest you to go for JIIT Noida for your B.Tech CSE-
Thus, at present, CSE from JIIT Noida is a much better choice.
Yes, IGNOU degrees are globally recognized.
IGNOU, the world's largest university, was founded to provide higher education opportunities, particularly to disadvantaged segments of society, to encourage, coordinate, and set standards for distance and open education in India, and to strengthen India's human resources through education.
Aside from teaching and research, the mainstay of its academic activities is extension and training. It also serves as a national resource centre, promoting and maintaining distance education standards in India. The Secretariats of the SAARC Consortium on Open and Distance Learning (SACODiL) and the Global Mega Universities Network (GMUNET), both of which were initially supported by UNESCO, are housed at IGNOU.
IGNOU currently serves approximately 2 million students in India and 35 countries around the world through twenty-one schools and a network of 59 regional centers, seven sub-regional centers, 2300 study centers, and 52 overseas centres. IGNOU enrols approximately 10% of all students enrolled in higher education in India. IGNOU provides 175 academic programs with 1100 courses at the certificate, diploma, and degree levels. In addition, the twenty-one Schools offer a variety of non-accredited extension and skill-oriented programs.
IIM Calcutta Vs. IIM Bangalore debate is a never-ending one, and there is no clear winner. Both of these institutes are among the top in management education and have their advantages.
Both institutes are at the top of their game and will offer you many opportunities to grow.

While it can provide many benefits, it is important to keep yourself grounded and continue to grow as an individual and a professional. Ultimately, it is your quality of work and dedication that will define you, not just the name of the university you attended.

If you are from Civil Engineering background, then spending over 10 lakhs for a NICMAR degree will be worth the investment. The institute offers good placements for civil engineers. Recent NICMAR placements had an average CTC of around INR 6.75 LPA. Also, they provide the best case-study-based learning experience which will help you acquire industry-relevant knowledge and skills.
This college is one of the best engineering colleges in Maharashtra but not good enough to be one of the best in the country. As far as the college is concerned, it is the 3rd oldest college in Asia and its buildings reflect that. However, on the inside, they are very well redesigned and well equipped.
Overall, the campus has an area of 36 acres which is obviously smaller than other IITs and NITs that have 100-acre campuses. The college definitely has its own hostel but it is not big enough to house all students.
Being autonomous, it definitely updates its curriculum regularly with industry requirements and has also won quite a few accolades for the same. As far as the crowd is concerned, you will see that most of the students are Maharashtrians coming from different parts of the state but it is a healthy mix of athletes, studious individuals, and people with different talents.

At IIM/FMS/JBIMS/SPJIMR/IIFT/XLRI, attendance is seen as a crucial aspect of the learning experience. Every effort must be made to be present in class and to participate actively in the discussions. In fact, class participation is considered to be such an important factor in determining grades that a significant portion of the total course weightage is allocated to it. This system is in place to encourage students to be engaged in the learning process and to ensure that they are taking full advantage of the educational opportunities available to them.
On the other hand, at IIT Kanpur, there is a more relaxed approach to attendance. While it is still advisable to attend classes and to be present for lectures, there is no strict requirement in place. This gives students more flexibility and allows them to choose when they want to attend classes based on their personal schedules or other commitments. It also means that engineering students are not penalized if they miss a class or two, as long as they are able to make up for it by participating in other ways, such as completing assignments or preparing for exams.
Overall, both B-schools and Engineering colleges have different approaches to attendance and class participation. While IIM Ahmedabad places a strong emphasis on being present in class and participating actively, IIT Kanpur takes a more relaxed approach. Ultimately, the choice between the two institutions will depend on the individual student's preferences and learning style.
