What is your review of Banasthali University?

VK
Vivek Kundra Posted On : November 15th, 2021
studied B.Tech Biotechnology from Banasthali University (2020)

My sister chose to pursue her graduation and post-graduation from Banasthali Vidyapith. She enjoyed all of the benefits of staying on campus, such as participating in extracurricular activities, being autonomous, and so on.

Check the following points for a brief review of Banasthali University:

  1. In terms of academics, Banasthali University has a lot to offer. It is a strong contender in many of them - computer science, MBA, Home Science, Literature and Language, Social Sciences, Mathematics, and so on.
  2. It also has adequate sports facilities, but they can be improved. Banasthali University does not have separate coaches for many sports.
  3. The only thing that would bother you is the strength of the classrooms. At times, it will be completely unacceptable
  4. Banasthali VIdyapith fee structure is also inexpensive, despite any financial difficulties, you can easily cover the costs of most of the courses.

Overall, Banasthali University offers a wonderful experience. Despite its flaws as an institution, it has many characteristics that make it wonderful and valuable.

US
Utsav Sinha Posted On : May 23rd, 2022
studied at ICFAI Business School, Mumbai

IBS Hyderabad is a decent B-School. It has a brand image and is well recognized in the industry. The institute offers good internships and placement opportunities. IBS Hyderabad placements 2022 concluded with an average CTC of INR 8 LPA. While the highest international CTC received by the students this year was INR 53 LPA.

IBS has a good faculty base. Most of the faculties have good corporate experience. The teaching methodology is case-study-based.

One drawback of IBS Hyderabad is the huge batch size. It’s difficult for students to get good placement opportunities.

Is IIT Guwahati becoming the next IIT Kanpur?

SN
Saugata Nayak Posted On : March 30th, 2023
Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (2020)

Both IIT Guwahati and IIT Kanpur are well-respected institutions, known for their high-quality education and research. Comparing the two is already justified and saying that one institution is becoming the next of the other is more so. Both institutions have their strengths and areas of expertise. Yet, if I was to choose one I would have always gone for IIT Kanpur.

Some points that favor my preference are as follows:

  • The quality of coursework at IIT Kanpur is extremely challenging and will keep you on your toes always. It offers the best quality of education and you will learn much more than other IITs if you are regular to classes and take your academics seriously,
  • The usual schedule of a student at IIT Kanpur is not always jammed, unlike the general opinion. The timings of the clubs align with the classes and you can take out time for both if you are good at managing your time well.
  • Another challenging aspect of IIT Kanpur is its tough grading system, (10,8,6,4..) under which anything below 10 is 8. Thus you are under tremendous pressure to maintain your CGPA and is enough of a motivating factor.

Overall, even if Guwahati was to be compared to IIT Kanpur, it still has a long way to go until it becomes the next IIT Kanpur.

What is your review of Hindustan University?

MS
Mehar Srivastav Posted On : March 16th, 2022
B.Tech Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering, Hindustan University (2019)

Overall, Hindustan University is average at best.

  • The quality of education offered is not good. Most faculty members are fresh graduates and don’t have much experience.
  • The institute doesn’t have a good infrastructure. Although the institute claims to offer a good Aeronautical or Aerospace program, they don’t have good facilities or faculties to back up the claim. Besides a subsonic wind tunnel and four broken-down plans, the department offers zero facilities.
  • Hindusthan University fees are pretty steep. The B.Tech Aeronautical Engineering program costs around INR 14.39 Lakhs
  • The institute doesn’t offer any internships or co-op opportunities to students. The placement opportunities offered aren’t worth the high course fee.

The college lacks basic amenities that are essential for the overall growth of the students.

What is your review of Lucknow University?

SM
Srilekha Maitro Posted On : September 30th, 2021
Studies Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Lucknow University,2022

If you are deciding to prepare for any competitive exam, then Lucknow University can be a good choice. You will additionally secure a degree from a state-run university which can help contribute to providing ample time for personal studies.

The faculty of Lucknow University does not specifically concentrate on teaching students everything. If ever required, the faculty takes initiative to cooperate, despite unnatural pitfalls. But, the motive of preparation depends entirely upon you.

It is suggested that you study and prepare for further exams on your own, alongside the assistance of faculty, if deemed necessary at any point.

What is your review of Zakir Husain Delhi College DU?

SA
Sanskriti Ahuja Posted On : October 6th, 2022
B.A. Hons from Zakir Husain Delhi College, University of Delhi

As much as I could gather information about Zakir Husain Delhi College DU from some of my friends, everyone gives almost similar responses and reviews about the college.

In terms of infrastructure, the college has a chance to compete with the prestigious and leading colleges out there. The campus includes Wi-Fi, a magnificent green space, inspiring classrooms, elevators for those with disabilities, a canteen with an affordable menu, a mother dairy, and practice-friendly labs.

The professors are incredibly helpful for both personal and professional matters.

In today’s world, online education may be difficult, but they have adapted successfully. They are also excellent with offline material. The courses cover everything in detail and prepare students to take on real-world issues in the workplace. Exams during the semester are neither very difficult nor difficult. Students can pass with ease if they are properly prepared and have studied.
