Both Jadavpur University and IIITM Gwalior are esteemed institutes. Jadavpur University is known throughout India for its excellent performance in the fields of education. It has been known to be at the top 20 of the NIRF Ranking for the last few years in terms of everything.

The extra one year spent here won’t add much value IIIT Gwalior is not so acknowledged when it comes to the Masters’s degree or the higher degree. The decision solely depends on the institutes not on the course then. Both the courses are somewhat similar and Jadavpur University has got the upper hand when deciding about the institute. So IT at Jadavpur University would be the better choice.
