Yes, BSc students can learn foreign languages at LPU through short-term courses. Currently, LPU offers four types of language courses in French, German, Japanese and Spanish - Basic, Elementary, Fundamental and Intensive. No, there are no entrance exams for getting admission to BSc forensic science courses at Parul University. You just have to pass 12th in the Science stream, from a recognised board.

I also shifted to LPU from another college. So I can explain the process.

The migration process at LPU is pretty easy. If you want to migrate to LPU in the 3rd semester from another college, you need to meet the eligibility requirements that will be reviewed and verified by university officials for further processing. I will state the requirements below:

• The course in which you are seeking admission at LPU should be similar to the course you are currently enrolled in.
• You must have the minimum percentage as stated in the eligibility requirements of the course in which you are seeking migration or transfer.
• If you have a backlog, compartment, or you have reappeared in any of the subjects, your application will not get shortlisted for admission.

Most private forensic firms in India visit our college to recruit students pursuing BSc Forensic Science courses. Some of the recruiters include Root Analysis, Lactalis Canada, 3M, etc.

• LPUNEST exam is mainly for getting scholarships. For example, If your LPUNEST score is more than the category I cut-off or you have secured 95% or above in 12th boards, then you will get a 38% scholarship on the programme fee. 
• Similarly, If your LPUNEST score is more than the category II cut-off or you have secured 90%-94.99% in 12th boards, then you will get a 33% scholarship on the programme fee. 
• If your LPUNEST score is more than the category III cut-off or you have secured 90%-89.99% in 12th boards, then you will get a 28% scholarship on the programme fee. In this way, the scholarships are granted to the students. 

To pursue a BSc hons Zoology course at LPU, you need to pass with an aggregate mark of 60% in your class 12th board examinations. You must have studied subjects such as Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology and English or equivalent to be eligible to sit for CUET or LPUNEST.
