I studied at NIT Raipur,Where the faculty to student ratio is resonably good, roughly around 1:20,depending on the department .I liked a few faculty members who focused on conceptual clarit and practical applications rather than rote learning.Like any institute ,there were few faculty members whose teaching style felt too theory heavy.
Faculty to student ratio: 1:6 to 1:8 Most faculty members are approachable, friendly, and willing to explain concepts multiple times. Faculty-student communication is open and respectful. Ankush sir is expert in Solar PV system and electrical wiring. Ankita sao ma'am has great knowledge in renewable energy management, energy audits. Some faculties rushed through the syllabus and were not open to taking extra doubt sessions, but didn't affect overall learning too much. There are total 8 subjects in each semester. The last semester promotes for internship. Very few students fail in the examination, usually 2-5% in one or two subjects. Overall the passing rate high and the department is supportive.
These are also winning manage their also very good in managing structure very well and their following the course structure along with the years and the very good and they know their responsibilities and they are doing it at a very good work
There are lots of faculty in our department They are highly educated and experts in their field We have internal exams , monthly vivas , and yearly final exams. Sone students fail to clear the exam , some have short attendance.
Faculty to student ratio is around 1:20 in my batch. Teachers were very supportive. I really liked the Prof. Mahji Sir who taught us Automobile engineering. His way of teaching really cleared my understanding how an IC engine works and function. I didnt like the Electrical department, they have strict marking scheme and exam is really tough There are approximately 5-6 exams in mid semester and then 5-6 exams in end semester (it may change according to the credits choses per semester)
Supportive and approachable Provide clear PPT notes and study materials Conduct interactive classes and presentations Help with internships and projects Most teachers are friendly and approachable. They help with notes, PPTs, and doubt-clearing even after class hours. Many teachers are young law graduates with around 3–4 years of experience, which helps students relate to them more easily
The faculty members in my collage are well qualifued and supportive most of them holding postgraduated degrees and have good teaching experences . taculties gives us interacting session between students and faculties and also they are very approchable when we are need and free to ask doubts at any time and also provides career guidance. Exams are conducted semister wise with internal assigments and final exams the difficulty level of exam is moderate if students attend the class regularly and prepare well around 70% students will pass the exams
IIT delhi has an excellent faculty to student ration with highly qualifiesd professors who are approachable and supportative. The course structure is well-balanced, combining theory and practical learning.
Faculty is so good to the way of teaching but sometimes this show very laziness and usually skip the classes but some teachers also good she come from the industries research sector so they are just wait a good that's many pros and cons that as we know every corner so exam as average circumstances about the marking scheme the some teachers provide marks
