All three insulations, AIIMS Patna, KGMC Lucknow, and Grant Medical College, Mumbai, are well-respected in the field of medicine and have a strong reputation for providing quality education and training to students pursuing an MBBS degree.

AIIMS Patna is known for its top-notch infrastructure and other campus facilities and good academics. It’s the most preferable AIIMS after Delhi. KGMC Lucknow is also a decent college though I am not aware of its infrastructure. GGMC Mumbai on the other hand is the best option of the three. Here is why

• Great emphasis is given to the attendance and practicals of every subject.
• In addition to academics, this college is well known for its active extracurricular culture. It has its own Gymkhana at Marine drives in addition to various cultural, and sports events and quizzes.
• The hostel facilities are also decent as per government standards.
• There are around 3-4 canteens and food served here is at subsidized rates.

The above list is not exhaustive and there are many more points as to why GGMC is a better choice than AIIMS Patna and KGMC Lucknow. Ultimately, it’s your call to make. If you are after the AIIMS tag, go for AIIMS Patna but if you want to enjoy your life along with decent academics then JJ would be the best choice for you.

AIIMS established in 2012 are mostly compared on secondary factors such as location, proximity to home, language, and reputation of the college among top rankers. Basically, it is personal preferences that make one AIIMS better than the other for someone. The cutoff and rankings should not only be taken into consideration while comparing and it is advisable to look at the bigger picture. During the early years of establishment, the top rankers preferred Jodhpur to Patna because of Bihar’s poor reputation. AIIMS Jodhpur enjoys a good location being an international tourist location, so you will get to experience a better college life than Patna, one of the dirtiest cities in India. The quality of life will be better for Jodhpur students.

So your first option should always be AIIMS Jodhpur followed by AIIMS Patna. 

If you are looking to compare AIIMS Raipur and AIIMS Rishikesh, here are some points to consider:

1. 1. 1. Faculty: Both institutes have elite professors, so there is no need for comparison in this regard.
      2. Department: AIIMS Rishikesh is more established in terms of the number of PG seats available.
      3. Campus: AIIMS Raipur has a bigger campus compared to Rishikesh.

         • AIIMS Raipur is located in Raipur, which is a fast-growing city with easy access to various amenities and facilities, including malls. However, the city is also known for pollution and traffic.
         • AIIMS Rishikesh is located in a scenic area but lacks proper town planning. It is located an hour away from Dehra Dun and five hours from Delhi NCR.

AIIMS Patna

• It's far off from the main city and thus its location might be disadvantageous to some.
• It's relatively new and thus lacks good alumni.
• AIIMS Patna has many better and high-quality hostel and mess facilities that aren't available in KGMC.
• The quality of education offered at AIIMS Patna is top notch
• The student body is more diverse, as the seats are filled from AIQ 100%. 
• It also focuses on extracurricular in addition to the excellent academic environment and students are given a chance to explore their passions and develop as a whole.
• No 50% reservation for PG here

All in all, considering the AIIMS tag and the fast-paced growth the institute has witnessed, AIIMS Patna is the best choice for you.

The rankings issued by Government bodies have put Kasturba Medical College (KMC) Manipal in the top 10 medical colleges in India. It is also consistently considered among the top 10 medical colleges in India.

• KMC Manipal is much older than AIIMS Patna. 
• It has a rich, glorious history with highly distinguished doctors and faculties to its name.
• The professors, teachers, labs, DH, library, etc. are at par excellence. 
• The faculty members are extremely cooperative.
• The infrastructure, options for extracellular activities, and hobbies are great too.
• KMC is respected both by teachers and as well as students.

If your financial situation is good, then this place will be perfect for you. You will develop as an individual both academically and intellectually studying here. The environment is apt for education, it is welcoming and peaceful.
