How do the placements really compare between SAGE University Bhopal B.Sc Forensic Sciences and Medicaps University Indore B.Sc (Hons.) Forensic Science?

C
CrystallineCave Posted On : March 25th, 2026

I've looked into both SAGE University Bhopal's B.Sc Forensic Sciences and Medicaps University Indore's B.Sc (Hons.) Forensic Science, and in terms of placements and career outcomes, SAGE seems to have the upper hand with a strong emphasis on 100% placements and the support of highly qualified faculty. While Medicaps offers a decent curriculum with a good faculty-student ratio, the focus on practical learning at SAGE, along with the assurance of internships, makes it more appealing for job prospects. If you're serious about diving deep into forensic science and want better placement opportunities, SAGE University would be the better choice. However, if you're looking for a more affordable fee structure and a growing environment, Medicaps could still be a good fit.

How do the placements really compare between LPU B.Sc Forensic Sciences and Amity University Noida B.Sc (Hons.) Biotechnology?

T
TwistedTeacupTyrant Posted On : March 20th, 2026

LPU B.Sc Forensic Sciences offers a well-structured curriculum with hands-on practicals that prepare you for real-world challenges, while Amity University Noida's B.Sc (Hons.) Biotechnology emphasizes solid academic foundations and diverse electives. LPU boasts impressive placement stats with an average package of 20-25 lakhs and opportunities from big names like Microsoft and Amazon, whereas Amity has a good reputation too but slightly lower placement percentages. Campus life at LPU seems vibrant with numerous activities, while Amity provides a robust academic environment with ample extracurriculars. Personally, I'd recommend LPU for those seeking extensive placements and a lively campus atmosphere, while Amity would be a good fit for students inclined towards a strong theoretical background in biotechnology.

In my opinion, St. Joseph's College is the best option for B.Sc. Physics in Trichy. I had a great time there, and the faculty were very friendly and supportive. The curriculum is relevant and prepares you well for exams.

I found the campus life to be vibrant, with many extracurricular activities and a huge library for study resources. The fees are quite affordable, and they do offer scholarships for those who need them. Overall, it was a fulfilling experience.

How do I apply for a B.Sc. in Holkar Science College, Indore?

RS
Rishi Singh, Posted On : November 22nd, 2021
B.Sc. Forensics from Holkar Science College, Indore (2019)

You can apply online through MP UG counselling and put Holkar Science College as your first preference, with your preferred subject combination.

If you pass the cutoff then the following process will be easy but if you cannot make the cut off and want to join Holkar then wait for the publication of the second and third lists.

Most of the students panic when they are unable to get in the first round. But there are many students who later do not get admission there, this makes space for other students belonging in the 2nd and 3rd lists.

So, it does not matter from what list you get admission, as long as you can be a part of Holkar. There are more than three rounds so try waiting, as it will create some vacancies.

What happens when I fail all of the subjects in a B.Sc. Hons. at WBSU?

PC
Pritam Chatterjee, Posted On : October 20th, 2021
B.Sc. in Botany, RKMVC College, Rahara (2015)

No one has ever failed in honors in all the subjects. Most students tend to fail in chemistry, but this also varies a lot. Let me discuss some of the possible reasons, which may answer your question.

Failed to Qualify for Honours:

  • If you score below 40% in your honors subject, chances are you will lose it.
  • In this situation, you can either try to repeat another year or proceed with B.Sc. General.

Qualified for Honours but failed in any/both general subjects:

  • This happens when you get a score lower than 25% in the general subjects.
  • For this, the board conducts a supplementary exam, passing which you will be able to continue without any year loss.

Failing in both Honours and General subjects:

  • This scenario is not seen very often.
  • But if you fail in every subject, you have to start again from the beginning, next year.
  • If you fail consecutive years, then the college might give you a Termination Certificate.

Finally, it is really important to know that a student has to complete his or her graduation within 5 years, failing which your registration will be canceled.
