Barkatulla University is a decent option for pursuing your studies. The department of life science is quite good. Other than the lack of proper management at times, it offers good infrastructure. You can also clear your doubt sessions on a weekly basis. Going with upgrad and BIMTECH can be very beneficial, and you will be able to see your performance rise at a constant pace with them both.
The Earth Sciences is a Department imparting education related to the study of Earth and its geological reliefs. The best part about this Department is that every course here overlaps with some or the other course of other departments making it a multifaceted one.
Earth Sciences curriculum overlaps with many courses in Material Science and Physics, Civil and Chemical, and even Electrical and CSE. This provides diversity in the overall learning experience of the course making it very interesting.
The only major issue is that due to common courses, the curriculum is vague and has no well-defined structure and content. We hope that this flaw is taken care of in the near future.
The program provides versatile job prospects even in the field of Satellite Remote Sensing, weather prediction, and geothermal power plants.

BEC is one of the few engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh which is accredited by the NBA of AICTE, New Delhi. Their aim is to provide quality education at par with global standards to the students from all over India, particularly those from the local or rural areas.
It's one of those insignificant programs that won't help you advance in your career. MA courses in rural development or MA courses in public administration are worthless yet they are useful in Social Work though. However, too many have MSW degrees and are preferred over MPA and MARD candidates. Even in the government sector, Master's degrees in social work or sociology are required.
So it makes no difference whether you enroll in this PG program at IGNOU or another university. It might not work. You can, however, use this as a postgraduate degree. You should pursue a postgraduate degree in social work.
Gautam Buddha University (GBU) has a beautiful campus. It is surrounded with lush green gardens and a huge campus. It is a state government university with well maintained infrastructure.
Here are some facts about it:
At GBU students get to explore themselves. You will have a new experience everyday. Always keep in mind to balance your studies and your free time. GBU will provide you lots of opportunities for both research and placements.

Around 90% of undergraduates get placement within 90 days of graduation. While placement employment rate for postgraduates is 93%. Dr. C.V. Raman University is a newly established institute, which offers average-level infrastructure, opportunities, and placement. There are several reviews about the university being a fraud institute, which is not at all true. The points below give a brief overview of the institute.
It is a decent choice for an engineering degree and is a legit institute. Being a newer institute, it is still in the phase of development and growth.
