I think I can give you an estimate of the fee as one of my close friends is an alumnus of IIM Indore. The total expenses you would have to bear for a course period of three years is about INR 12,00,000.
In contrast, the tentative expenses for the 4th and 5th-year is around INR 13,00,000. Currently. For the 4th and 5th year, mess facilities are optional depending upon whether or not you want to use them.
The level of difficulty of any test or exam depends on your intelligence, IQ, English speaking and writing skills, Mathematics, and logical reasoning. The aptitude test comprises questions based on similar topics. The difficulty varies from individual to individual. For instance, you might be able to ace the aptitude test but falter during the interview ruining your chance of admission.
My brother was able to crack the Aptitude test as he had been preparing for JEE and the level of Math and English was way below what he had prepared.
The interview is the trickiest part. They can literally ask you anything from the structure of the Indian Government to the weather in your hometown. Most of the questions can be solved with luck and logic. They might also ask you what you have studied so far and what you haven’t. You can never be fully prepared for the interview. Rather than your knowledge they asses your confidence and other soft skills during the interviews.

Any institute will help you with an arrangement of opportunities, may even get you a job in Finance or Management but it will be your decision, whether you'd want to pursue other interests or be in the job available.
The package offered by IPM would definitely be lower than the one offered by the Engineering+MBA (IIM) program. It will nevertheless give you entrepreneurial skills that can be used if you'd like to and create your own empire.

Indian Institute of Management, Indore offers an Integrated Program in Management (IPM).
This is not just a general BBA program. It is an integrated program as the name already suggests. It has a very well-organized course curriculum. The level of exposure you will be getting at IIM Indore is much better than you can find at any other institute. Speaking of Symbiosis, it does not offer as much versatility and exposure as compared to IIM Indore, there will be huge differences in their course curriculum and teaching style.
The IPM program at IIM Indore has a 3-year BBA program and a 2-year MBA program. The first three years of the IPM program are being taught separately. The faculties are very knowledgeable and supportive. The remaining two years are merged with the flagship Post-graduation program.
So, IPM from IIM Indore is definitely better than a BBA from Symbiosis.
My colleague wrote the IPMAT back in 2013. It was one of the safe options for her, as she was preparing for law. The exam was to be held within 2 days of a major law exam. You can easily prepare for the exam in 2-3 days.
