Having some friends studying in these institutes, I can say that as per what they mentioned, NIT Patna arrives with a better placement rate than the other two counterparts.

But, apart from the factors mentioned above, NIT Silchar is several steps ahead because it has established one of the best campuses, unlike many. That is the only brownie point NIT Silchar enjoys. It is best if you still research vividly about the prospects implanted in either institutes, and see what suits you best.
Here is a comparative analysis between NIT Silchar and IIIT Guwahati based on some common aspects
Hope this helps you make a better choice!
All three institutes are renowned for their engineering courses, but it ultimately depends on your interests and career goals. Here are some details about both EEE and ECE courses at the three institutes that may help you decide:

It would be recommended to consider DTU as it is a highly reputed institute with excellent academic programs and resources, making it a great option compared to other given institutes.
The short answer is CSE at IIIT Guwahati. If you are primarily interested in programming and coding culture, CSE at IIIT Guwahati is the best choice. However, if you are strongly passionate about any branch then college must not make a huge difference.
I have friends studying in all of these colleges and honestly, they do differ according to their ranking and branch. But if you are keen on CSE then such factors become secondary.
Nevertheless, here are some things you must know before choosing.

Overall, IIIT Guwahati stands as the foremost priority if CSE is your choice. On the other hand, if you are still confused about the branch then go with ME at NIT Silchar without a doubt. Avoid ECE at NIT Agartala as the other two options are much better in terms of everything.
Having a few friends studying in both of these institutes, I can provide you with some details based on my interaction with them. IIIT Guwahati and NIT Silchar are both institutes of national importance. The NIRF Ranking for Engineering 2020 is 66 and 46 respectively.

The placements here are actually decent. The average package for my branch was around 13.5 LPA last year and branches like CSE, EC and EI have a higher average package generally. The campus is visited by almost all of the top companies including Google, Adobe, Facebook, etc. The detailed placement records are available on the website of the institute. The percentage of students getting placed ranges anywhere between 70 percent to 92 percent. I plan to get an M.Tech degree after completing my B.Tech course from an IIT if possible.
The professors here are quite chill with the students and they try their best to make the concepts clear for the students. The number of faculties per subject is also quite great as some subjects have 5 to 6 different faculties for a single semester. I generally love the teaching style of Purushottam Sir who is the faculty in charge for the Mechanical Engineering branch. Sir teach very well and also make the students memorise everything that he had taught in his last class. There are a few faculties which I don't like but it will not be appropriate for me to take their names out as it may be for me that I don't like them but other students would be loving them. Each semester includes two main exams namely, Mid - semester exam and End - semester exam. There are other sessional tests, lab exams too which are scheduled by the respective faculties. The sessionals, lab exams , mid semester exams are quite easy but the end semester exam is quite moderate to tough. Generally, 15-20 students fail to clear the exam including all of the branches. The course curriculum is quite relative as the curriculum includes the important practical skills too other than the theoritical part.
The college usually has a technical fest(Technoesis) which happens in every odd semester and also has a cultiral fest(Incandescence) that takes place in every even semester. NIT Silchar has an amazing library as the infrastructure of the library is very modern and it has a fully air conditioned space with storage space and decent speed wifi. The campus includes a football ground equipped with floodlights, a cricket ground, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a gym and an indoor badminton court. There are several student- run clubs and socities which focus on different skills like Machine Learning, Coding, Dance, etc.
I have been allocated "Aryabhatta Hostel" which was previously a hostel meant for post graduate students but is now given to first year students. First year students randomly get allocated into two hostels which include, "BH3" and "Aryabhatta" in which Aryabhatta is way better in terms of infrastructre as BH3 lacks an open space and has a very poorly maintained and ancient type infrastructure. However, BH3 has a better canteen than the Aryabhatta's one. Generally, the mess food in both of the hostels is same as the tender for the mess food is with the same company in both of the hostels. The hostel fees remains the same for both of the hostels and the detailed fee structure can be accessed on the official website of NIT Silchar.
