XLRI and Leadup Universe have joined hands and launched a new Post Graduate Diploma in Management – HRM for Emerging CHROs program to shape the Future of HR Leadership.

New Delhi: XLRI and Leadup Universe, Asia’s foremost career acceleration organization, have joined forces to launch a flagship program, “Post Graduate Diploma in Management HRM for Emerging CHROs.” The main aim behind this program is to shape exemplary HR Leaders and accomplished CHROs.

The Leadup and XLRI Program “Post Graduate Diploma in Management HRM for Emerging CHROs” is a 18-month course suitable for professionals such as Business HRs, HR Specialists ranging from N-1s and N-2s up to CHROs, as well as ambitious Business Leaders aspiring to the CHRO role.

The first batch of the PGDHRM program began in 2022 with 40 students and the second batch will consist of 50 students that will be launched this year.

Prof. Premarajan RK, Program Director, XLRI faculty commented that the course is for “Emerging CHROs at XLRI represents a transformative journey for aspiring CHROs, arming them with the right competencies and perspectives required to shape the future of HR leadership.” 

Rashmi Mandloi, Co-founder of Leadup Universe, also added that their strategic alliance with XLRI imparts cutting-edge HR expertise along with empowering participants with several strategic insights that are essential for navigating the complexities of modern business.

The program has a remarkable completion rate of 100% in the EdTech courses. The program also aims to bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application of several ideas leveraging flexible technology-enabled learning. 

The XLRI and Leadup’s PGDHRM Program also provides candidates with an exposure to top companies through their liv sessions and capstone projects with international professors and top consulting firms thus imparting a holistic perspective on the future of leadership and HR Roles. The batch of 2023 consisted of students from various diverse backgrounds such as Healthcare, BFSI, etc. 88% of the students were at Senior HR Level Positions with an average work experience of 17 years. The class also comprised of 36% female students and the average age of the students was 41 years.
