The Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) has begun accepting applications for its Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program for the academic year 2026.
The program has opened across its campuses in Bangalore, Kochi, and Chennai.
The application fee for the XIME PGDM program is ₹ 2,000 for the first campus preference. If candidates wish to apply for an additional campus as a second preference, an extra ₹250 is charged for each additional campus.
The fee is to be paid online during the application process and is non-refundable.
The admission process for XIME’s PGDM program comprises the following steps. Candidates must first ensure eligibility and then complete the application form online via the official XIME website at xime.org.in.

To be eligible for the XIME PGDM Program, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for general candidates and 45% for SC/ST categories. Final-year students may apply, provided they maintain the qualifying graduate percentage and can furnish proof of completion by September 30, 2026.
Applicants should appear for at least one of the qualifying entrance exams, such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, or GMAT. Completed applications are screened, and shortlisted candidates are invited to participate in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds.
Following final selection, candidates must verify documents, pay the confirmation fee, and complete enrollment within the stipulated timeframe.
Students go to the official XIME admissions portal (xime.org), select the desired campus(es), and register an account. Fill out the application form with academic and personal details accurately. Upload scanned copies of required documents, including mark sheets, entrance exam scores, a photograph, and identification proof. Pay the application fee as per campus preferences using the available online payment gateways. Submit the completed application form and retain the acknowledgement for reference. XIME PGDM 2026 Fee Structure
Fee Structure for the batch of 2026, the PGDM program fee structure for XIME’s Bangalore campus is ₹12,90,000 for the entire two-year course, payable in installments.
The Chennai and Kochi campuses have a program fee of ₹9,90,000 for two years.
In addition to the tuition, a one-time caution deposit of ₹25,000 is charged, which is refundable upon program completion. Hostel and boarding costs are extra and amount to approximately ₹2,64,000–₹2,88,000 for 24 months, depending on the campus.

The fees cover academic tuition, library, examination, and basic campus services, while hostel charges are billed separately.
