TGCHE has released the TS EdCET 2026 Phase 2 seat allotment at edcetadm.tgche.ac.in. Allotted candidates must complete self-reporting and report to their assigned colleges between September 15 and September 19 2026.

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has released the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TS EdCET) 2026 Phase 2 provisional seat allotment on the official portal at edcetadm.tgche.ac.in. Provisionally selected candidates can now log in and download their allotment orders.
Candidates who secured a seat must complete online self-reporting and physically report to their allotted colleges. The reporting window opens on September 15, 2026. The last date for reporting at the allotted college is September 19, 2026.
Candidates need their Hall Ticket Number, Rank, Registered Mobile Number, and Date of Birth to access the allotment portal. The two-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme is offered across six state universities in Telangana.

How to Download the TS EdCET 2026 Phase 2 Allotment Order?
Selected candidates can follow the steps below to download the provisional allotment order. The portal will remain active throughout the reporting window.
- Visit the official portal at edcetadm.tgche.ac.in.
- Click on the TS EdCET 2026 Phase 2 candidate login link on the homepage.
- Enter the Hall Ticket Number, Rank, Registered Mobile Number, and Date of Birth.
- Submit the details to view the seat allotment status.
- Download and print the provisional allotment order for college reporting.

Universities Offering B.Ed Seats Under TS EdCET 2026
Six state universities participate in the counselling process for the two-year B.Ed programme. Candidates should confirm their allotted institution on the printed allotment order.

Who to Contact for Counselling Support?
TGCHE has established a dedicated online counselling helpdesk for candidates. The helpline number is 7396437495. Support is available on all working days from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Phase 2 is the last regular counselling round before spot admissions. Missing the September 19 reporting deadline will cost candidates their allotted seat. Vacant seats will move to the spot admission stage held at university level.
Action Plan for Candidates
- Log in at edcetadm.tgche.ac.in and download the allotment order.
- Complete online self-reporting within the specified window.
- Arrange original certificates including hall ticket, rank card, and marksheets.
- Pay the prescribed tuition fee at the allotted college during reporting.
- Report physically at the allotted college on or before September 19, 2026.
Watch for the TGCHE spot admission notification after September 19, 2026. Vacant seats will be filled directly at the participating universities.
