The Special Drive Phase and Intra-College Phase 2 are the final rounds of TS DOST 2026 admissions. These phases aim to fill vacant seats across participating degree colleges in Telangana. Regular classes for the 2026–27 academic year began on July 6, 2026.

What Are the Special Drive and Intra-College Phase 2?

The Special Drive Phase opens registration for fresh candidates who missed the earlier phases. It also allows students who did not receive a seat in previous rounds to apply again.

The Intra-College Phase 2 is a reshuffle round for already admitted students. It allows candidates to change their course within the same allotted college. Inter-college transfers are not permitted during this round.

How to Register for TS DOST 2026 Special Drive Phase?

Fresh candidates need to follow a three-step registration process on the DOST portal.

1. Complete candidate pre-registration and generate a unique DOST-ID.
2. Pay the application fee through the online payment gateway.
3. Log in using the DOST-ID and submit web options for preferred courses and colleges.

Candidates can also register through the DOST App or by visiting the nearest MeeSeva Centre. All required documents must be kept ready before starting the registration process.

Anti-Drug Affidavit Requirement

Allotted students must submit an Anti-Drug Affidavit at their respective colleges. The affidavit must be signed by both the student and the parent or guardian. This document is mandatory for confirming admission at the allotted college.
