TS DOST 2026 Registration Begins; Apply by May 7

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has opened Phase 1 registration for TS DOST 2026 undergraduate admissions on April 15, 2026. Candidates can register online at dost.cgg.gov.in until May 7, 2026.

The centralized admission process covers multiple undergraduate programmes across all state universities in Telangana for the academic year 2026-27.

TS DOST 2026 is a centralized admission system for undergraduate degree courses in Telangana.

The process covers BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, BBM, BSW, and D.Pharmacy programmes across universities including Osmania, Kakatiya, Telangana, Palamuru, MGU, and Satavahana.

Students who have passed Intermediate (10+2) from Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) or any recognized equivalent board are eligible to apply.

• Candidates must visit dost.cgg.gov.in and click on the Phase 1 registration link to begin the application process.
• Aadhaar number linked with a mobile number is mandatory for OTP authentication during registration.
• If Aadhaar is not linked, candidates must visit a nearby Helpline Centre, MeeSeva, or HCL centre for biometric authentication before completing registration.
• The registration fee for Phase 1 is ₹200, which must be paid online during the application process.
• After completing registration, students receive a unique DOST ID and PIN that must be kept confidential throughout the admission process.
• Candidates should carefully enter personal, academic, and other details in the application form and take a printout for future reference.
• Web options allow candidates to modify their course and college preferences after initial registration.
• This facility is available from April 30 to May 8, 2026, giving students time to reconsider their choices based on available seats and preferences.
• Candidates are advised to complete web options before the deadline to ensure their preferences are recorded.

What’s Next for Students

After Phase 1 seat allotment on May 14, 2026, selected candidates must complete online self-reporting to their allotted colleges between May 15 and May 23, 2026.

Phase 2 registration will follow from May 15 to May 25, 2026, for candidates who did not secure seats in Phase 1. Phase 3 registration will be conducted from May 31 to June 15, 2026, with classes commencing on July 1, 2026.

Students should complete Phase 1 registration before May 7, 2026 to participate in the first round of seat allotment. Keeping credentials safe and monitoring the official website regularly for updates is essential.
