Requiem 4.0, SKVM’s NMIMS Navi Mumbai’s annual fest dedicated to music, wrapped up recently. The fest had events ranging from music competitions to social inclusion events and featured performances by Raghav Chaitanya and Mahi Mukherjee.
New Delhi: Requiem, SVKM’s NMIMS Navi Mumbai’s annual music fest, recently concluded its fourth edition. The fest took place from February 26 to February 28, 2024. The theme of this year’s Requiem was ‘Indie Oasis’. Other than events related to music, Requiem also had activities like sports competitions, trivia quizzes, etc.
Requiem 4.0 was an immersive experience for all those who participated. This year, Requiem also teamed up with NGOs to host various events. The event focuses on the holistic development of students and makes learning and social inclusivity enjoyable. The event was inaugurated with a grand banner drop.
What were the Highlights of Requiem 2024?
The fest included music competitions ranging from Classical music to Battle of the Bands and Rap it Out. The event also included ‘Starnight’, a lineup of performances by performers like Kushal Mangal, Raghav Chaitanya, and Mahi Mukherjee.
The fest also featured the Indie Bazaar – a combination of craftsmanship and music, where stories of passion, hope, and human resilience were woven into a uniquely beautiful tapestry. Each piece of art told a complete story.
Another event held at Reqiuem 4.0 was Craveyard, which innovatively mixed various groovy beats with culinary experiences that satisfied your every craving.
Replay, a sporting event featuring a relay course with fun tasks and twists and turns during the game, was also a crowd favourite at Requiem 4.0. Requiem also had a unique tie-up with NGOs to organize Aashayein, a social inclusion event that involved making children happy with games and creative activities. Each event also offered prizes and tokens of appreciation.
