The SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai, has opened applications for its Post Graduate Programme in Development Management (PGPDM) 2026. The last date to submit applications is November 15, 2025.
The PGPDM is a 12-month modular programme aimed at professionals working in or planning to work in the social sector. This includes employees of NGOs, foundations, corporate CSR teams, government social policy or welfare departments, and social enterprises. The programme is structured in three terms and focuses on equipping participants with skills to manage projects, lead organisations, and implement initiatives that promote social justice.

Candidates applying for the PGPDM should be graduates in any discipline from a recognised university. They must have a minimum of two years of relevant full-time work experience. Basic computer skills are required, and applicants should be comfortable with the English language, as it is the medium of instruction for the programme.
Applicants are first shortlisted based on their profiles and the details provided in the application form. Shortlisted candidates are then invited for an online personal interview with SPJIMR faculty. The final selection for the PGPDM programme is based on the candidate’s performance in the interview.
SPJIMR PGPDM Admission 2026 - Application Process
- Applications for the PGPDM are accepted on a rolling basis.
- Candidates must complete the online application form on the SPJIMR PGPDM admission portal after reviewing the brochure.
- An application processing fee of ₹1,000 must be paid during submission.
- Sponsored candidates should attach a letter from their organisation supporting their application.
- Only shortlisted candidates are invited for the online interview.
