Over 1.99 Lakh Candidates Registered for TNEA Counseling 2023; Check Details Here

New Delhi: More than 1.99 lakh candidates had registered for engineering counselling from May 5, 2023. A total of 1,678 candidates registered for TNEA 2023 Counselling on Sunday (only) till 6 PM.

As per the Directorate of Technical Education Tamil Nadu, we have seen a significant increase in registration for the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA), which started on May 5, 2023. A total of 8,668 people registered on the first day, with a dramatic increase of 1.99 lakh hopefuls signing up on Sunday.

According to the data, over 1.99 lakh applications had been submitted cumulatively as of Sunday, over 1.50 lakh candidates had made payments, and over 1.14 lakh candidates had uploaded their certificates.

Candidates must have successfully completed class 12 or an exam of an equal level from another board with science (physics and chemistry) and maths as subjects in order to apply online for the TNEA 2023 Counselling Process at tneaonline.org and tndte.gov.in.

Candidates can apply through TNEA between the ages of 18 and 25, with the qualifying age being relaxed for reserved categories. TNEA 2023 has emphasised that the entire procedure is conducted online, including registration, payments, choice selection, allocation, and confirmation. Interested parties can obtain the necessary details from the official website. Additionally, the website offers access to the course cutoff scores.
