NTA has extended the NEET 2026 fee refund window till July 7, 2026. Candidates whose exam was cancelled on May 3 must confirm or correct their bank account details at neet.nta.nic.in before 11:50 PM to receive the refund.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the NEET 2026 fee refund window. The new deadline is July 7, 2026, at 11:50 PM. Candidates can log in at the official portal, neet.nta.nic.in. They can view, confirm, correct or update their bank account details there. This is described as the final opportunity to complete verification. NTA has hosted a dedicated fee refund verification link on the portal.
The extension covers candidates from the cancelled NEET (UG) 2026 exam. That exam was held on May 3, 2026 and later cancelled. NTA had committed to refund the full application fee after the cancellation. The refund portal was first opened on May 22, 2026.
The agency has faced multiple representations from candidates about verification failures. Wrong IFSC codes and bank details had blocked some transfers earlier. The extension aims to resolve these issues before the refund cycle closes.

What Happens If a Candidate Misses the Deadline?
