Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has opened the application process for undergraduate admissions to the 2026-27 academic session. The university will admit students through Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2026 scores. Candidates can register online through the official admission portal.
The Office of the Controller of Examinations has released the official admission notice for aspirants. The complete application form and the Guide to Admissions 2026-27 are now available. Applications will be processed through the Online Admissions and Placement System (OAPS).

Eligibility for AMU UG Admissions 2026-27

CUET UG 2026 Schedule and Admission Process
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted CUET UG 2026 from May 11 to May 31, 2026. The CUET UG 2026 result is expected in the first week of July 2026. AMU will prepare the merit list for the eligible undergraduate programmes based on CUET UG 2026 scores.
AMU continues to admit students to several UG programmes through CUET UG scores. The university also runs its own admission tests for many other UG and PG courses. Candidates must check the Guide to Admissions 2026-27 for the exact route per programme.
