NICMAR Begins UG/PG Admissions for 2025 at Pune, Hyderabad, and Delhi-NCR Campuses; Check details here

The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) has announced the start of admissions for its UG and PG programs for the 2025 academic year.

The admission process began on October 12, 2025. Apply online through NICMAR’s official website before December 21, 2025.

NICMAR is a leading institute offering specialised education in Construction, Architecture, Business Management, and allied fields. It operates from three campuses located in Pune, Hyderabad, and the Delhi-NCR region.

Undergraduate Programs. B.Tech, B.Arch, Integrated MBA / BBA, Postgraduate Programs, MBA, PGDM, PGCM, M.Plan, M.Tech

Mid-career professionals can also apply for PG Diploma programs designed to enhance their skills and career growth.

To apply, visit the official NICMAR website: www.nicmar.ac.in for registration. You can use a valid email ID to create a login. Then choose your preferred campus and program. Fill in all required details carefully and upload the necessary documents. Pay the non-refundable application fee:INR 1,000 for UG course, INR 2,500 for PG course.

For (UG), students must have passed Class 12th (or equivalent) with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories). Those awaiting their Class 12th results can also apply, provided they submit their final marksheet within one month of the program’s commencement, and for PG students, have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in fields such as Engineering, Architecture, Science, Commerce, or Management. A minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories)is required. Final-year students can apply.

Fee Structure

The total fee ranges approximately from INR 6 lacs to INR 13 lacs, depending on the campus and the program. Students can pay fees in instalments. Furthermore, Scholarships and education loan facilities are available across all campuses to support meritorious and deserving students. Fee as follows in the table below:
