IMS BHU Begins MBA/PGDM Admission 2026; Apply till January 4 @bhumbaadm.samarth.edu.in

The Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Banaras Hindu University has announced admissions for its MBA and MBA-IB programs for the 2026–28 academic session.

Candidates must apply online through the official portal before January 4, 2026, and the selection will be carried out strictly through CAT 2025 scores, followed by GD-PI. The institute has also released the complete fee structure and tentative schedule for applications, shortlisting, interviews, and commencement of classes.

IMS BHU MBA Admission 2026 Dates

IMS BHU will consider CAT 2025 as the only qualifying exam for MBA and MBA-IB admissions for the 2026–28 batch. Candidates must have at least 50% marks in their qualifying degree, while SC/ST applicants require 45%. They must also appear for the GD-PI round as part of the final selection. All details entered in the BHU application must match the candidate’s CAT registration records, including DOB, gender, and category.

Candidates must register online using their CAT 2025 Registration Number. Before applying, they should carefully read the IMS BHU Information Bulletin 2026–28. Applicants must keep scanned copies of their 10th, 12th, and UG mark sheets, certificates, CGPA conversion certificate, and relevant documents ready. A bona fide certificate is required for candidates in their final year. The non-refundable application fee is ₹2000 (General/OBC) and ₹1000 (SC/ST), payable online.

After the GD-PI results are announced, shortlisted candidates must complete the internal counselling and verification steps. They will be required to submit original educational documents, identity proof, category certificates (if applicable), and other necessary papers during the admission confirmation process.
