Candidates who want to attend counseling in online mode must email details including their name, email address, mobile number, NEET PG 2024 roll number, NEET-PG 2024 rank, and category, to academics@neigrihms.gov.in
The North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences has issued a notification for the third round of MD and MS Program counseling. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements are asked to attend a hybrid counseling session on January 31, 2025. The results will be released on February 4, 2025.

NEIGRIHMS 3rd Round of MD and MS Counselling Important Instructions
Candidates must follow the following directions during counseling:
- The third counseling will be held in a hybrid mode (online and offline).
- Once the seat is given, and if it is upgraded, the candidate must be freed from the allotted college and transferred to the third round allotted college.
- Seats would be allocated based on merit, i.e., marks acquired in the NEET PG-2024 among applicants who applied for PG seats at NEIGRIHMS from the North East Open Category and NEIGRIHMS pass outs, while carefully adhering to eligibility rules and candidate verification. Counseling will not be graded.

- An invitation to counseling does not imply that the candidate has been assigned a seat. The final seat assignment will be based on availability and the candidate's preferences.
Candidates who wish to attend the counseling via online mode are asked to send their details (Name, E-mail, Mobile Number, NEET PG 2024 Roll No, NEET-PG 2024 Rank, Category (Open/NEIGRIHMS Pass Out) from their registered email to academics@neigrihms.gov.in. Requests to attend counseling should only be received through their registered email address.
