How to Fill the NEET UG 2026 Application Form?

To ensure a successful submission, candidates must follow these steps on the official website neet.nta.nic.in:

• Step 1: Online Registration: Visit the official portal and click on New Registration. Enter basic details like name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID to generate an Application Number.
• Step 2: Fill Application Form: Log in with the application number and password. Complete the personal, academic (Class 10 & 12), and contact details.
• Step 3: Choice of Exam Centre: Select three preferred cities for the examination.
• Step 4: Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of the required photographs, signature, and certificates in the prescribed format.
• Step 5: Fee Payment: Pay the application fee online via Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI.
• Step 6: Submit & Print: After successful payment, download and print the Confirmation Page for future reference.

NEET UG 2026 Documents Needed for Registration

Candidates should keep the following documents ready in digital format (JPG/JPEG for photos/signature and PDF for certificates):

• Recent Passport Size Photograph: (10 kb to 200 kb) with a white background; 80% face coverage.
• Postcard Size Photograph: (4x6) (10 kb to 200 kb).
• Scanned Signature: (4 kb to 30 kb) in black ink on white paper.
• Left and Right Hand Fingers and Thumb Impressions: (10 kb to 200 kb).
• Class 10 Pass Certificate: For date of birth verification.
• Valid ID Proof: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or any government-issued photo ID.
• Category Certificate: (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) if applicable.
• PwBD Certificate: If applying under the disability category.
• Address Proof: Present and permanent address documents.
