NEET PG 2025 Stray Vacancy Round Final Result Out @mcc.nic.in; Reporting Till February 28

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially released the final result for the NEET PG 2025 stray vacancy round. Candidates who participated in this round of postgraduate medical counselling can now check their allotment status and download the provisional allotment letter from the official MCC portal.

According to the official notice, candidates who have been allotted seats in the stray vacancy round must report to their respective institutes with all original documents. The last date for online reporting and completion of the admission process is February 28, 2026, by 11:55 PM server time.

NEET PG 2025 Stray Round Counselling Dates

Documents Required at the Time of Reporting

Students must carry the following original documents along with photocopies while reporting to the allotted institute under the NEET PG counselling:

• NEET PG 2025 Admit Card
• NEET PG 2025 Scorecard / Rank Letter
• Provisional Allotment Letter downloaded from the MCC portal
• MBBS Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate
• Class 10 certificate (for date of birth proof)
• Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, etc.)
• Passport-size photographs (same as uploaded in NEET PG form)
• Caste / Category Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates)
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)
• Any other document mentioned by the allotted institute

Can Candidates Change the Seat Now?

Since this is the final round conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee, candidates cannot upgrade or participate in further counselling. Once a seat is allotted and admission is completed, there is no option for upgradation. Therefore, students must make a final decision before joining the institute.

What Happens If You Do Not Report?

If a candidate fails to report within the deadline, the allotted seat will be cancelled automatically. No further opportunity will be given, and the candidate may lose eligibility for admission in NEET PG 2025 counselling. Hence, students should avoid delays and complete all formalities well before the last date.
