NBEMS Issues Notice Over Fake Social Media Information on NEET PG 2024 Schedule

New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued an official notification regarding the fake message and social media post spread on the internet regarding the NEET PG 2024 Exam Schedule. The exam authority has warned candidates against such fake posts or messages and only relies on the official website for updates.

The official NBEMS notice reads, “It has come to the notice of NBEMS that some unscrupulous agents/touts are making false and bogus claims to the candidates and using spoofed notices, emails, SMS, or contents on social media in the name of NBEMS for phishing. Also, some fake notices are being circulated in social media regarding the announcement of a revised schedule for the conduct of NEET-PG 2024".

Candidates must note that NBEMS do not have any official account on any of the social medical platforms. All the notifications published by NBEMS include a QR code. Students can scan the code and they will be redirected to the official notice board of NBEMS. This step is taken to maintain the authenticity of information and updates released by the exam authority.

NBE Warning on Fake Notices on Social Media

"NBEMS does not send any email or SMS to candidates regarding securing good marks in any of the exams conducted by NBEMS. Be aware when getting any email/SMS/message on social media in the name of NBEMS, please cross verify information received through SMS in the name of NBEMS with a corresponding Email/NBEMS Website update”, the notice added.
