- Class 10th Marksheet(Original + 3 Photocopies)
- Class 12th Marksheet (Original + 3 Photocopies)
- Transfer Certificate from the last institution (Original + 3 Photocopies)
- Conduct Certificate from the Last institution
- Migration Certificate from the Board of the institution last studied (Original + 3 Photocopies)
- Physical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner
- Candidate’s Blood group certificate
- Copy of AADHAR card of the candidate.
- Recent color photograph of the candidate with white background - 5 PP size & 5 Stamp size.
