NIT Calicut France Excellence Charpak Scholarship Benefits

The benefits eligible candidates will get after availing of the France Excellence Charpak scholarship are mentioned below:

• A living allowance of 860 euros per month
• Exempt from the visa and procedure cost for Campus France (if applying from India)
• Social Security and other health insurance for students
• Help in locating reasonably priced student housing in France through Campus France (first dibs on CROUS residences, pending availability)
• Access to Campus France-hosted social and cultural activities and a €1 lunch discount at university dining establishments

NIT Calicut France Excellence Charpak Scholarship Eligibility

Candidates as per the below-listed criteria are eligible to apply for France Excellence Charpak Scholarship

• Possess an OCI card or be an Indian citizen.
• Be at least 30 years old when submitting an application.
• Be enrolled in or have finished their studies at a higher education institution in India. Although candidates with degrees from overseas universities are welcome, those who have finished their studies at Indian universities will be given precedence.
• Make sure the course is held in France. The scholarship will not cover time spent in another country if a semester or more of the course is taken there.
• Although it is not required to apply for the scholarship, knowing French is advantageous.
• Master's degree programs that are offered full-time are eligible for the scholarship. Applications are not accepted from students enrolled in research projects, internships, or semester exchange programs.
• Funding for the second year is available to students who are already enrolled in a master's program in France.

• Curriculum Vitae (two pages at most).
• A copy of your letter of acceptance or admission from the French university.
• Copies of Higher Secondary School (XII) grades and degrees, including those from completed semesters of an ongoing degree, as well as bachelor's and master's degrees
