MP AYUSH UG Round 2 Counselling 2026 Registration Opens; Check Last Date to Apply

The Directorate of AYUSH Madhya Pradesh (MP AYUSH) has opened Round 2 registration for MP AYUSH UG Counselling 2026. Candidates can register through the official portal at ayush.mponline.gov.in until September 30, 2026.

Round 2 covers State Quota seats for undergraduate AYUSH admissions. The registration window will close at 11:59 PM on September 30, 2026. Both fresh candidates and candidates who participated in Round 1 can take part in this round.

The counselling covers four undergraduate AYUSH programmes offered by government, autonomous, and private colleges across Madhya Pradesh. The courses include:

• Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
• Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS)
• Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS)
• Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS)

MP AYUSH UG Round 2 Counselling 2026 Important Dates

The MP AYUSH Directorate has released the complete Round 2 counselling schedule. Candidates should complete each stage within the prescribed deadline.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Only candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2026 can register for MP AYUSH UG Round 2 Counselling 2026. Applicants must also satisfy the prescribed Madhya Pradesh State Quota eligibility conditions.

Candidates will be required to provide valid domicile and category certificates, wherever applicable, during the verification process.

Fresh candidates who did not participate in Round 1 can also register for Round 2. Candidates from Round 1 may participate and update their preferences during the choice filling window.

Documents Required for Registration

Candidates should keep scanned copies of the required documents ready before starting the online application process. Documents must be uploaded in the prescribed size and format.

• NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
• Class 10 mark sheet and passing certificate
• Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate
• Valid photo identity proof
• Madhya Pradesh domicile certificate
• SC, ST, OBC or EWS category certificate, if applicable
• Recent passport-size photograph and signature

How Does Document Verification Work?

New candidates are required to complete physical document verification at the designated help centres in Madhya Pradesh. The verification process will remain open until October 1, 2026 at 5 PM.

Candidates who do not complete the required verification will not be allowed to proceed with choice filling.

Candidates whose documents were already successfully verified during Round 1 are generally not required to undergo verification again.

How Does Choice Filling Work?

During choice filling, candidates have to arrange their preferred colleges and courses in order of priority. Seat allotment will be based on factors including NEET UG merit rank, candidate preferences, category, and seat availability.

The choice filling and locking window will remain open from October 7 to October 9, 2026.

Both fresh and existing candidates can submit their preferences. Choices that remain unlocked will be automatically locked at 11:59 PM on October 9, 2026.

What Happens After Seat Allotment?

The MP AYUSH UG Round 2 seat allotment result is scheduled to be released on October 12, 2026.

Candidates who receive a seat will be able to download their provisional allotment letter and report to the allotted college between October 13 and October 15, 2026.

During reporting, candidates must produce their original documents for verification and complete the required admission formalities.

Candidates who wish to withdraw can use the admission cancellation window, which will open on October 13, 2026 at 6 PM and close on October 15, 2026 at 7 PM.

Candidates can follow the steps below to complete the Round 2 registration:

• Visit the official counselling portal at ayush.mponline.gov.in.
• Click on the UG AYUSH Counselling 2026 link and select Round 2.
• Log in using the required NEET UG 2026 credentials and complete the personal details.
• Upload all the required documents in the prescribed format.
• Pay the applicable registration fee through the available online payment mode.
• Submit the application form before September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
• Download and save the confirmation page for future reference.
