KIIT School of Management (KSOM) opens applications for MBA 2026 via its own national-level KIITEE Management exam including CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT

KIIT School of Management (KSOM), Bhubaneswar, has announced the application and exam schedule for KIITEE Management 2026, its dedicated national-level entrance test for the full-time MBA programme.
The last date to submit applications is January 9, 2026, followed by admit card issuance and slot booking on January 13. The exam will be conducted between January 16 and 18, 2026, with results slated for January 28, 2026.
Subsequent Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds are expected in the first week of February 2026. GD & PI centres include Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Jamshedpur, Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, and in case of disruption, candidates may be reassigned to alternate locations.
KIITEE Management 2026 Schedule
KIITEE Management is KSOM’s in-house national-level entrance exam for admission to its MBA programme. It is conducted across multiple cities in India as a computer-based test (CBT). Successful candidates are shortlisted for the GD-PI and Writing Ability Test (WAT) rounds.
Applicants who hold valid scores in national exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or GMAT may also apply directly, bypassing the need to take KIITEE Management.

Candidates are encouraged to regularly check the official KSOM website for updates and the release of the KIITEE Management Bulletin. However, candidates are required to complete the online registration, upload all necessary documents, and pay an application fee of ₹1,500.
KIITEE Management 2026 Eligibility Criteria
KIIT School of Management (KSOM) has set clear eligibility criteria for candidates applying to its MBA program through the KIITEE Management 2026.
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in any discipline, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent CGPA. Final-year students are also eligible to apply, provided they meet the minimum marks requirement before the commencement of admission.
KSOM has specified that once the form is submitted, no corrections or changes can be made, so applicants are advised to carefully review all information before submission.
Selection for admission will be primarily based on candidates’ performance in the KIITEE Management exam. Those who score well will be shortlisted for further rounds, including the Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Writing Ability Test (WAT).
The final admission decision will consider the candidate’s exam score, overall academic record, and performance in the GD, PI, and WAT rounds, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of each applicant.
Do CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT Scores are also Consider for the KIIT MBA Admission 2026?
KIIT MBA admissions have always considered the KIITEE Management exam, but now scores from CAT, XAT, MAT, and CMAT will also be accepted. Interested candidates can apply online at @ksrm.ac.in/mba. The last date to register is January 28, 2026. Admissions will consider these national-level exam scores for eligibility.
