Kerala NEET PG 2025 Stray Round Registration Begins @cee.kerala.gov.in; Final Allotment on February 24

Eligible candidates can register options at cee.kerala.gov.in till February 22, 2026. The Provisional seat allotment will be released on February 23.

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala, has commenced the stray vacancy allotment process for admission to Post Graduate Medical Courses 2025 in government and self-financing medical colleges across the state. Eligible candidates can register their options online through the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in, till February 22, 2026 (11:59 PM).

As per the official notification, the stray vacancy round aims to fill the remaining vacant seats as well as those arising due to non-joining in the third phase of counselling. Candidates included in the Kerala State Merit List are eligible to participate in the process. Fresh option registration is mandatory for all candidates willing to take part in the stray vacancy phase. The options submitted in earlier rounds will not be considered.

The tentative schedule states that the provisional allotment will be released on February 23, followed by the final stray vacancy allotment on February 24. Candidates who receive allotment must join the respective colleges between February 25 and February 28, 2026, by submitting the required documents and paying the prescribed fees. Colleges will complete the admission approval process on February 28.

Candidates who have already joined seats through earlier phases and are continuing, or those allotted seats in the third round, are not eligible for this phase. The option registration fee will be equivalent to the annual tuition fee for government medical colleges or INR 1 lakh for self-financing colleges.
