Building on the previous notice from February 2, 2026, the authorities have announced that the provisional results for the third phase of PG Medical allotments will be released on February 14, 2026.

The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the Revised Final Merit List and Category List for PG Medical Admission 2025. This update includes newly qualified candidates following the revision of the NEET PG 2025 qualifying criteria. Candidates can now access the updated lists on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in, by logging into the ‘PG Medical - Candidate Portal - 2025’.

Kerala NEET PG Round 3 Allotment Important Dates

Deadline to Relinquish Seats (Without Penalty)	February 13, 2026 (5:00 PM)
Release of Provisional Allotment	February 14, 2026
Release of Final Allotment	February 15, 2026
Joining Period at Assigned Medical Colleges	February 16 to February 19, 2026 (until 4:00 PM)

Following the release of the revised list, the authority has rescheduled the Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025 Third Phase (Round 3) Allotment process. The provisional allotment is set to be released on February 14, 2026, while the final allotment will be available on February 15, 2026. Candidates who wish to relinquish their current seats must do so by 5:00 PM on February 13, 2026, to avoid penalties and remain eligible for further counselling rounds.
